OK thanks everyone. It looks like the best course of action is to start with some 'tar remover' and some 'fallout remover' and a clay cloth? Once received I'll spend the day doing this and go from there? Maybe start with a small patch I guess. Any more feedback appreciated otherwise I shall crack on with this once received. Hi Ekona, Cheers for the advice. Firstly the sap looks gone but I have a rough feel to the black paint and it does not look good close up.. Can you direct me to a link for the best clay bar and lubricant please and i will spend the whole day at least trying to sort this?I can then go from there? Thanks guys for the quick responses. HI All, Just wondered if anyone could advise the best course of action please. Unfortunately I've been out of work for the last two weeks or so and my 350 has been sat under a tree without major movement. I took it through a hand car wash today but there is no way the paintwork is looking like it should. It needs a serious polish. Now I have a choice. Either pay £65 pound for it 'professionally' polished or possibly buy my own polisher and product? As I have some time I thought it might be easier to buy a electric polisher and product? As above i have been trying to get my wheels refurbished on my GT4 but nobody seems to want to touch them as I have advised them they are chrome? Obviously they have agreed another colour but I believe they are chrome and would like to keep original if possible. Can anyone advise if these are chrome painted wheels and if so any ideas? Mine jumps up to about 70-80 when cold and settles around 60 after 5 mins and then obviously goes up depending on speed/revs.

The dipstick is rubbish but on a level surface after an hour or so should read fine.Needs practice.

They Look like GT4 wheels. Similar but they have more spokes than the GT4 alloys do. These are GT4 alloys.

Are you specifically after a GT4? Also which one did you look at it and why was it a dud? Just curious.

Yes thanks for the luck GM.Just one thing after the other at the moment.Luckily the Zed Shed is near me doing my banana arms and steering rack soon and then this happens! Note to myself I must start thinking like 'Bradders' lol. Nothing gets this guy down in the dumps.
