  1. Thanks for the reply.I don't think it leaks when the bath is not in use.It takes about 12 hours to even get downstairs.Seems a long time? Do you think I should start taking the bath and floorboards up to save the plumber time? thanks Chris
  2. Hi all, Well I spent my whole new years eve flooding my downstairs neighbours flat.Great. I just bought the place 6 weeks ago. The leak looks like it is directly under my bath. I've tried everything, taken the bath panel off and ran the bath for 10 mins but no leaks around the waste pipes. Its taking about 12 hours to reach downstairs.I'm on the first floor and nobody above me. Any ideas? I'm trying to find a plumber. The only thing I can think of is that its a waste pipe internally. I've taken a couple of floor boards up but can't really take more off without taking the whole bath out. I'm also leasehold and it states that I am responsible for the pipes serving my flat and the freeholder for the communal pipes. I've left a message yesterday with the freeholder but i'm not holding up any hope. I know you lot are a decent bunch so any help appreciated. Happy New Year. Chris Oh and im in Bournemouth.

Anything going wrong with cars just stresses me out.I just want it fixed asap and get on with life lol. Anyway I PM Buster(Bob) and he instantly helps me out and fits my new £10 pump today after a few donuts and a chat..He's someone that can be trusted and do the job in a proper manner. No dodgy nissan garages for me. Luckily he's only a few miles away and job done in 20 mins. A 10 out of 10 and a decent bloke too. Thanks mate

  20. Couldn't believe it today, I was looking on autotrader and noticed a red one for sale.Thought you don't see many of those around.Always liked the red. Looked at the number plate and it was my written off cat D ! http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201309238924922/sort/default/usedcars/price-from/500/model/350_z/make/nissan/onesearchad/used/onesearchad/nearlynew/onesearchad/new/quicksearch/true/postcode/ox42jt/page/1/radius/1501?logcode=p Doesn't look a good job on repairing it too me. I'd stay well away. Just a heads up. Cheers
  21. Personally I think a good bodyshop could repair that but its hard to see the full extent on the phone. Also depends what you're paying for the vehicle in the first place. If its a good price i'd say knock £500 off and take the zed.
  22. I tried to send you a pm but it states you are unable to receive messages.I guess you're inbox is full? Cheers, Chris
