  1. When I built projectors on my skyline the lens had a metal shield in it which made the cut off. It flicked forward electronically for the by xenon function I doubt you'll be able to flip it round without taking them apart Sounds like more hassle than it's worth
  2. Your ponds are about as big as my garden Some of the fish are
  3. I'll hopefully be there with the mr2 if it's ready on time. I'll make sure I pop by I was at japfest a couple of years ago when it was at castle Combe. We were on the quarry and it was like a swamp. Loads of cars getting stuck on the way in Atmosphere was good in the main area though Was it at Silverstone last year? How's that as a show venue?
  4. Depends on the car. I love the rocket bunny look. But I don't think 350/70s suit it because of the shape of standard rear arches. Adding something on ruins the lines of the car On top of that the design of the rest of the kit doesn't do it any favours Other cars look great with them. Especially when the kit is simple
  5. Who's doing your bodywork? Still going for that colour?
  6. All auto from what I saw yesterday I still prefer the previous gen. would seriously consider a project in the future when the price comes down
  7. Went to see it today. The guy offered me a test drive, wasn't gonna say no Still dont like the c pillar on the car. I think it ruins the exterior. The car just doesn't flow from back to front. Could've easily been the nicest car in the class but it isn't The interior- nice quality overall, love the detail in the leather stitching. The screen is pretty much the same as the q50 The drive- handled well on B roads, sporty drive. And a decent cruiser when you want it to be But the 2.0 engine wasn't for me. Performance wasn't bad for a heavy car but that noise was awful The 3.0 twin turbo v6 is out next year and will be worth a drive but I think average joes will go for the 2.0 The salesman wasn't the most clued up. He tried to convince me the 3.0 was a v8
  8. Congrats mate! Welcome to fatherhood and sleepless nights
  9. Didn't get a chance il have a look in the next few days
  10. AMT if they saw your performances on the strip at crail di you think they'd still want to race you?
  11. But aren't things supposed to look better after a makeover? Coming from the guy driving an orange 6 with a BGW
  12. If your worried about losing money on your current tyres sell them in gumtree if there's enough tread on them. You'll get some petrol money back
  13. True lol. But they will cost a fair bit to import and will take a while I love the te37s they suit most cars. But the look I'm going for needs a deep dish. I think I'm set on the 7twenty style 49s
  14. Turns out it's a cheap Chinese brand... back to the drawing board!
  15. Good to know. Didn't think you had enough photos to turn the page every 5 minutes lol
  16. I'd certainly consider it when the lease is upon my RC. It would need to be black with blacked out window trims, dark tints. Anything to hide that bit on the pillar lol
  17. Gonna go see it at the weekend The c pillar ruins the back end for me. Without that bulge it would be near perfect
  18. 5 minutes of fame? I'd hope you get a month of fame
  19. http://page11.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/n192776573 These
  20. Found the same wheels in black. Fronts 17x9 et18 and rears 17x10 et15. Would come in at £530 before shipping etc Beats the other 2 17s and cheaper. Any idea on how much shipping and taxes would total?
  21. I do like the forge stars but can't justify the price tag. Not on this car. If I was only doing some mods then maybe but with a long shopping list I need to look at something reasonable
