  1. I almost have no idea what you guys are talking about!! lol What the heck is Raid? lol Was hoping someone could point me in the general direction of some kit that would do what I need, and I could buy it, set it up and be done with it.
  2. Do the calipers stick any further out than the Brembo's,IE further away from the hub, outboard?
  3. Maybe a repost, but i think this is cool! http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/datsun/240z/datsun-240z-400ci-v8/2842218 Though strange that there are no engine shots.

    Quality coilovers

Iv got Meister R's fitted to mine, they do finance.... Also, check the For Sale section, im sure someone was selling a set of HSD coilovers
  5. Thanks, have just sent him a PM. Maybe this is the best thing, and i can get something to help with the WIFI
  6. What would be handy, is if i could put all my music on said device, and access it to stream it to my Apple TV.
  7. Yeah, i think it will be between Merc and Williams, but depends how many dead donkey's the French have managed to resurrect for us. lol
  8. Having abit of a dilema with what to do with storage for the 2 Macs we have. Mine is starting to flash up messages about start up disk full. Iv put as many photo's on my USB pen drive as I can, but looking for a more long term solution. The 2 options im considering, are a huge USB hardrive, something like not not exclusively http://store.apple.com/uk/product/HB856ZM/A/lacie-4tb-porsche-design-p9233-usb-30-desktop-hard-drive?fnode=c295c24962f3312ae974e62cf4a3be156985dcd5ac838ca802ffbcd7115a6300ba240807d3e525cf30abe4098d9a87e5027b22de929212c8226f9f68d9886c1ca80d6a9fa5194787a43ca4445d1ba1b7736a837258c393377d5415a59ed02eac04fa015cf3a406acd3cae1721fef86c2 The other option, which is what I was my original thought, was the 3TB Time Capule. http://store.apple.com/uk/product/ME182B/A/airport-time-capsule-3tb?fnode=d8cde389112eac1c3694db9c1b43b68d411ed13c2ff3b2845c214aa1799151b59a7542f4a28f676ff4350829ae87ed095bfcc213d08a4a09f0d97c8cc3ae32723890ae4925ebac1d18a186a4645077ce7cbea60217f3a6fb4852ef10db9de268b2f76585c060e52e21f16de40a1a908d The reason I thought initially the Time Capsule, was that the wifi in our house is patchy in some areas, so the extra WIFI boost would really help. You can buy the Airport Extreme for £160, and then a hard drive would cost another £100. So my thoughts were, would it not be good to just have one device to do everything, and I can access the TC from anywhere in the world i believe. Please let me know your thoughts
  9. Well hopefully it will be an improvement on what we did last year, though it didnt turn out too bad in the end.
  10. Welcome to the mad house, make yourself at home, strip off and put your feet up. lol
  11. Looks like the RB11 is ready for Jerez! Yeehaa. Hope you all like the look of it.
  12. It is all painted chap, but was plain MDF your right. Thought about adding the cornice around it, but the metal up the sides with be hidden then, and im not sure it would look right to be honest. Each to their own, and thanks for the comments, it took alot of man hours to make, as the TV is suspended on a home made mount, as i was not going to pay £300 for a cantilever one, and there is metal trim bend around the TV to finish the edge, and there is trim up the sides to finish them edges off too. The central speaker is mounted on a carbon fibre shelf, and recessed into the unit, so its level with the front 2 speakers. I personally like that the cornice and the skirting dont go around it, but like you said, each to their own.
  13. Sorry for the pants iphone shot.
  14. You not ordering in any more? Guess il have to order the 380 Nismo then.
  15. I think its the true dual set up that removes the rasp, not just having the Invidia. I have Invidia HFC's from Tarmac, and although slightly more expensive than the Berk's, are well worth it, much better build quality. I currently have a Scorpion Non Resonated, with the Invidia HFC's, and it does produce a rasp that im not a fan of. Iv got Ian's old Invidia True Dual arriving next week hopefully, and want to get that fitted before the car goes back on the road.
  16. Thats what i did with my 55", took ages to build, and there is storage for DVD's up the side with some LED lights for ambient lighting. Go on Dan, get it built! Lol
  17. Where is the car, as im sure a local forum member would be happy to go look at it for you, save you the hassle of a long trip
  18. Looks good, however, think that if the LED's were covered, it would look better, but great job. Do you have a link to the LED's you bought?
  19. Seen a 90" on in Costco yesterday, still 75 is prett epic Dan, fair play. Iv got a 55" and thats plenty big enough for me, at the moment
  20. Sorry to hear about your troubles, and to anyone that say that the previous owner did not know about the problem, Craig has already said that when he rang the guy, he was told that when he puts oil in it, the knocking will go! Regardless, glad to see its now back up and running as it should, and that you are loving it as much as the initial drive home when you picked it up. Did you put the engine in by yourself? If so thats pretty handy, if you decide that you want some high flow manifolds fitted, as thats the best way. Onwards and upwards, and hope that now you have many happy years motoring.
  21. Iv got Invidia HFC's so hoping the Dual will get rid of the rasp and make a sweet sound. If its a little quieter then im sure my neighbors would not mind.
  22. I tried to contact the organisers a while back about getting a proper stand for Zed owners, maybe I should pull my finger and get on the blower. Id like to go without a doubt, great weekend. If you are looking at camping, Litchlake Farm is just over the big SILVERSTONE bridge, opposite the main entrance, and its really cheap for camping, and great facilities.
  23. Im in Milton Keynes, and its just above freezing here, and clear sky's, so no snow for us. Its a bugger really, as the whole point of getting the Juke, was so it would be better in the snow and really icy conditions, which we havnt had yet
  24. Ah ok, is the drive pretty flat, as in , not lumps and bumps, and what is the transition like into the garage?
