Get your self a nice book as well on sports nutrition and food nutritional values.... and dont bother too much with brands.... ps PHD supplements are quite good by the way...thats all i am using for the last 3 months... only cos the PHD shop is half a mile away from my house....

It took them a couple of months to send me one...

They sent me one when i bought my 08 Z....left the car at Luton airparks to come back and find out that the key ring was missing... To cut a long story short Hull Nissan said i cant buy it separately...
