VBH on 5th Gear road test said pretty much the same thing about the new engine... I think my mind is made up, going to stick it out for a 313. Never pay attention to what she says....i am so in love with her....loooool

54k??? thats far too long...just wanted smth better...having no probs with da Z so far....well ish...apart from a clicking noise on the rear left suspension and the rev needle that keeps sticking every now and then....

Had thorough test drives in coupe and roadster versions with both engines....and the 313 is a totally different engine...doesnt need to be revved hard to feel nimble and never seems to run out of puff even at 7000 rpm. 280 and 296 were depressing as i was coming from a very fast car but the 313 was so linear i didnt have to drive a gear up all the time to keep a smile on my face....plus its the latest version on the road so it holds its value better...and few probs with gearbox/clutch have been revised in the 313... and dont forget that the Z's gears are long...bloody long smtms...which means that ur left hand wont stop changing gears on the 296... hope i helped....

Still 1500m to go for the 9000m service....i asked Nissan Hull (evans halshaw it is now) when i bought the car tho and they said about £250 for first service....but i will want them to change spark plugs to smth better (any suggestions???) so it should be a bit more...

loooool u v got to find a dentist who does sedation...not any dentist is allowed to use N2O2 in England...and then hes got to know u well...cos he can get banned from the General Dental Council if they find out... I am dentist but dont do sedation...but i cud get mine for free....shame my Z is only 6 months old and dont want to mess about with the guarantee

Weekly in town av 13.4mpg Sunday B road drive av 16.5mpg Motorway at 85 and cruise control 23.5mpg Weekend with a bit of all 20.smth mpg Still vvv happy with it....my maserati's were 9.9/13.8/17.5/15.6... Both on 95 RON Was laughing when i was told da Z was heavy on petrol!!! And sooooo much more fun!!!!!

Datsun cherry 1.3...back in greece...i learnt how to drive on it...cos it was a two seater with a big back bit so i didnt need a house when i was 18....and wrecked it.... Lancia Delta 1.6...still got it in greece modified and as good as new..... Ford escort 1.6 with a carburator...my first car in england and i exchanged it for an 80gig ipod...loool Maserati spyder 4.2 v8...what a sound...what an acceleration....180mph many many times....had a laugh with many modded bangers...written off in the second saddest rainy day of my life... 350Z 08 gt for the last 5 months....and loving it more and more every day.... I will keep da Z no matter what....but i know what the next one is gonna be.... in 2 years time the lighter and more powerful GTR...s spec they will call it i think....unless i get married (which i doubt)...looool I v driven many many cars.....i could write a book about them....some good, some bad, some ok....and i used to make (and lose) money as a student in greece street racing my Delta from a to b.... but after the RX8 the Z is the second best car for perfecting your drifting on a quiet b road with the odd round about and a great chick trap....and thats enuf for me....

Had a maserati spyder for a year...bought it for £30k 52 reg which i thought it was a bargain.....9k service £1377....annual service £450 (yes they are separate), clutch £2300...(thought it was made of gold but actually it was £110+ an hour labour and the gearbox had to be removed for the clutch to be changed) and much more.... So boxter??? think again!!!! Took the z4 3.0 roadster only for a test drive...looks nice...the interior is nice...but it all ends there...acceleration about the same with the Z roadster (the new one) but steering numb and inaccurate...wont comment on handling..lool. sorry i cant speak about earlier models....dunno..... but i guess an M will be like a boxter...expensive to run, service and insure...and depreciate more if the economy doesnt recover...

Assuming u r getin married u r prob better off with the beamer...you can take ur kids with u anywhere....funwise 350z miles better...u ll feel 18 again...n then u may decide u r too young to get married looool...roadster n similar age to the beamer quite slower on a str8 line....but harder suspension...cheaper servicing and not much 2 go wrong 2...if u can live with the cheap feeling interior...why dont you hire one for the day n c what you think???

Lol, you mean the most wonky looking dipstick ever created to man. Thankfully they sorted that out on the 2005's onwards. And i was wondering...what wrong with my 08's dipstick.....anyway...the dipstick is an issue??? looool use the antenna instead....they could get rid of it...looool

Looool i had it done.....twice! Once when i was 18 in greece but my eyes got worse again with the years and i had it done second time in Hull at optical express (almost 29 now).... You can even see my ugly face posted on their wall...loool Yes things can go wrong....but the only thing really is that the lights at night can become really blurred for you....for ever....!!! And the pain the first day...OMG....nothing like you can imagine.....but apparently not everyone has it.....from what others told me.... Go for the wavefront technique....and the lights prob almost disappears...but it will be a grand per eye!!! If you want to ask me anything feel free.... But i must say its like having your teeth veneered.....if you dont really need it and you dont really really want it...DONT do it! Its irreversible!!!! Hope i helped....

Can you do anything with that data? Apart from ask the dealership and them deny all knowledge? Walk in there with a bat and see who runs the fastest. Of course you can...go to the nearest no win no fee solicitor's and sue anybody you can think of! You can even fight speeding tickets back....if you wasnt speeding that is....

You are killing me........listen to this....i had a maserati spyder...not the grand sport version... till april.....last xmas i left it at leeds-bradford car park....n when i got it back it needed a new clutch, exaust reshaping and a new gearbox mount....(it was manual)....a bit over £3000...it made a funny noise since i picked it up...the tracking company gave me the data of the car movement during its stay at the car park but it was all with in 300yard radius.... NEVER THOUGHT OF THE BLOODY DONUTS!!!! I thought it was a coincidence.... Pls say it was not that one....thats all i want to know..... ps Its written off now anyway.... No idea, mate. Some bloke was telling me and I got the impression it was in Liverpool but could be Chinese whispers.... Wouldnt blame anybody for doing it....that car could only do donuts....you just reminded it to me.... and i had pushed it to my unconcious...loooool

On an 08 Model... Noisy clutch thrust bearing on idle.....really embarrassing...and weird clutch operation (still better than prev models) Poor paint work... Some so and so plastics...(i was used to Italian plastics so quite happy with it!) Exhaust note could be a bit more distinctive... Sat-Nav has no post code entry...and i cant shut the bitch up without canceling the route guidance... But the worst of all......needs 50-100 more BHP....it could handle it easily.....

Just wanting to share with you an experience i had mid July at Luton Airparks...Thought I d leave my Z there and go on hols in Greece for 2 weeks. When i got back i had a thorough look around the car and it was fine. It had been moved only for about 1 mile and i thought it was ok as well. But the one and only Z keyring was missing....Yes only the ring was on the key but not the Z bit... When i went ballistic they said that it was prob not there first place and gave me the customer service phone number...called 5 times and left 4 voice messages...nobody ever picked the phone up and nobody ever called me back... and for your information the Hull Nissan (Evans Halshaw) guys said i cant get another one.... Thinking of killing a couple of cockneys and bugger off back to Greece...loool

I am afraid of asking them in case they get suspicious... thinking of contacting powerchips first..i got a quote for my maserati and they were adamant that the dealer cant trace their program...will keep you informed! Program? Are you talking about getting the zed remapped or adding FI? from what they said about the maser i understood remapping...but u v got to contact them for the zeds... i mailed them 9months ago and the quote was £1400+vat and they said they needed a whole morning... "The upgrade is undetectable by Maserati service and diagnostic equipment. The car will drive smoother than the standard car with improved throttle response. The torque curve will mirror the standard cars curve but hold up better after 5000 rpm." DMS automotive Copy/Paste from their email

Owner of an 08reg dark blue z roadster and loving it.....especially after writing off my maserati spyder....loool My boy warrior is miles better than my old baby girl...but he could do some more bhp...however factory warranty is a must...he is living a very hard life....loool Any ideas?
