  1. Car got new suspension and spacers last Sat....weather has been shite tho...but we are gonna take a few pics at first chance....have talked about it already with her....she has got a black modified Z as wallpaper on her mobile and does my head in.... So we ll do a photo shooting for me and her..... Will keep u posted.... and btw....she is bloody fit....
  2. Had mine done last Sat at ESR...kw v1 and spacers....looks awesome... Phil said 15mm lowering...i wanted 25mm (about an inch)...and i v got 40 prof on 18inch rims.....can hardly go over speed bumps...and i v got 3 outside my house.... It needs 19inch rims on 40 or 35 prof now to be ok...15mm would av been spot on for speed bumps...
  3. I can get our lass 2 pose...she has done it a few times...she wud do if she got paid...currently working as a stripper....
  4. No 11 pls... i am ready to get married.....
  5. Wrong m8...wide tyres dont help....driven on snow loads...yes in Greece Stew!!!!! Got stuck many times and last resort in a front wheel drive car is to reverse uphills!!!! The whole trick when driving uphills is to make sure you carry on enough momentum...you stop once and thats it...thin deflated tyres help a lot as well....the scary thing is going downhills.....have stopped only just a few times.....
  6. Cant post pics yet...snow and generally bad weather in Hull......and the girlfriend wanted my full attention on Sat afternoon-evening as i left her on her own all sat morning-noon.... Will do soon...... By the way....i compared the steering to my m8s 07 boxter s today....and da Z is now definitely better....by quite a bit...even he admitted it!!!
  7. After my last track day i decided to change some things on the car.....brakes and coilovers.....and after a few hours with Phil and the lads..... Da Z is better than ever!!!! KW variant 1s 25mm lower EBC discs all over Ferodo DS2500 pads And of course spacers.... Looks amazing and handles like a dream!!!!! Doesnt need to steer to change lane on the motorway any more.....i can just think about it.....and it happens!!!! Ride a bit bouncy bouncy...not for pregnant women and grannies with weak bladders..... But thats the way i like it...aha aha The only thing is that i fancy a carbonfibre bodykit all over now.... and an exaust...and 19inch rims.... but my bank manager will kill me if he finds out..... Thanks guys at ESR for the hospitality and the great job..... ps......the brakes needed a bit more bedding in Phil...but A19 was quiet as you said and dry.....wont say any more....but i took care of it the greek way!!! And now they are better than an anchor...
  8. Just slid over a massive speed bump.....the ones that go across the street.....10mph second gear with less than engine torque....hit the brakes and..... All the underpipings are intact tho......... Gritting where needed pls???
  9. Snowing in Hull! About an inch...all nice and white!!!
  10. Got the gt pack on mine...brembo brakes dont last more than 7-8 laps at Oulton Park...found out the hard way!!! Go for something better..... Fluid boiling? All 4 wheels you mean......the whole lot!!! Quite a bit of fluid on the seats from the driver and the passenger as well.....
  11. Got the gt pack on mine...brembo brakes dont last more than 7-8 laps at Oulton Park...found out the hard way!!! Go for something better.....
  12. Just back to Hull after a fab track day at Oulton park....v nice track with only one tricky corner.... my ps2s are knackered tho.....only 1 week old.... Nice weather and especially after lunch break the track was nice and dry....think i did more than 40 laps and the hood was down all the time apparently!!!! My breaks kept letting me down tho....every 7-8 laps...it was frustrating.....i even span around in the middle of the track on my last lap of the day Trying to negotiate that tricky corner with the wrong camber angle......my pedal hit the metal.....no brakes!!!!! All ok tho...thanks Steve!!! Had a fab day!!!!!!
  13. Asymetrics and Dunlops unavailable for 18s...neither 45 nor 40 prof....unless you wanna mix em up....
  14. Welcome m8! My x had an MX-5 like yours...short geared for some reason....but nowhere near as the Z in terms of fun and power.....you will find the fuel bills quite dear from now on tho....and much more frequent too...looooool Enjoy it!!!!!
  15. I asked for 225/40 and 245/40.....rear ones were not available for some reason as i found out in the end....45 prof not available either... so i went for the ps2s.... £140 each front and £177 each rear...and instead of air nitrogen.... after 200miles grip superb...especially on the wet comparing to the mama bridges.... ride however 10 times better straight away....smooth and quiet....just amazing although i went down from 45 to 40 prof....think its the nitrogen as well tho...have tried it in the past on my maserati and it was great!!!!

+1 Front sides can't be tinted at all. Rear windscreen & rear sides can be tinted as much as you want +2! +3
  19. The difference is 6.2% as i explained...not 5%.... Whilst on motorway doing 84mph with cruise on, if i reset the av consumption and speed, then it shows 80mph as av speed which is exactly what i got from the road angel....! Anyway...just got the car back from the tyre shop...with ps2s on at 40 prof....didnt notice any difference from the ESP...handling a bit better (they are still new tho) but ride is amazing!!!! The car is so quiet...the ride so bloody smooth!!!! Think the steering is slightly less accurate...but i can get used to that.... I dont know if its the ps2s.....or the nitrogen in the tyres.....i remember my maserati drove much better when i changed to nitrogen....but not that much!!!
  20. Welcome to the club!!!! Roadsters are way cooler...especially the night blue ones!!!!!
