Not as fast as the 3 you mentioned....but althouth i can afford all 3 of them (sorry i cant fit in any lotus) i still chose da Z....and i would do it again...bit more of a poser's car.....

I am sure it will look as a roadster..... would love to order one when it gets here.....but i am afraid they ll start tweaking it in a year.... what do i do???

Now you are making sense Chris....(me Chris as well)...and i would like to say again that the car is equipped with ESP...thats why it has got front and rear lateral acceleration sensors as well... the problem is the rear 35 profile to the front 40. If both 40 or both 35 there should be no prob... ESP is not set for different profiles as in other cars that come with different profiles in stock versions....*(check 911's. maserati's, ferrari's) I do believe tho that things are getting worse cos his tyres are not in good condition too and they dont offer good traction during acceleration...on damp roads if i go hard on the accelerator in second gear my ESP will kick in....if i go steady it accelerates really fast....a way to check it out is with the ESP off on a str8 line.... how much wheel spin do you get if you accelerate hard in second gear and how much smoothly...? If the rear wheels are loosing grip like mad then obviously there is a traction problem as well... Cant think why somebody would use 40/35 profiles...its not that it will look nicer....it will sit more on the back.... Anyway....lots of tyres out there depending on the budget... my michelin ps2s are brilliant but the priciest....although on a dry track i would prefer some stickier toyos... in any case anything is better than the mama potenzas!!!

Kind of. From what Phils explained to me, it doesnt matter if your RR isnt the same as stock, as long as the difference or ratio between the front and back is the same. Mine are smaller RR than stock, but as I keep the ratio front to back, the TC is fine. If you think about it, it works by measuring the difference in speed between front and rear. If you keep the ratio the same, it doesnt matter if the wheels are bigger or smaller than stock, it just thinks you are going quicker or slower than you really are. So when we say you need to keep RR the same as stock, thats not strictly true. You need to keep the ratio of RR front to rear the same +1 although a bit simplified....

nope...got kw v1 25mm down as well...40's were much cheaper that stock sizes...next time i ll go for wider ones as well...actually i wish it was 1cm higher for every day driving...but i love my track days too...

But what width? Profile alone doesn't alter the height of the sidewall, only in conjunction with the width. For example, 255/40 would be better than 265/35 IYSWIM. 225/40/18 and 245/40/18 michellin ps2....1cm lower ride!

Sorry to say guys but im running 40 prof instead of 45 all over and the ESP is the same if not better that the stock....n i v got a really heavy foot n been twice on the track since....second time at Cadwell Park with 2 degrees and damp track....it could be because the tyres are worn out but i would assume a fault with the sensors.... i would try n plug the car in with the diagnostics first and reset any faults and the ESP....and then change tyres....10mm difference is not that much.... ps....ESP stops working when the car gets balanced again regardless of what your right foot is doing....and it does allow both wheels to spin...it only kicks in during unbalanced spinning... Now that i said it....is there any chance that you v got different rear tyres...or unevenly worn out ones????

Mine comes from the passenger's side as well! Thought it was weird... I have deactivated the voice tho... it's so bloody annoying...and i cant swich over to Chubby Brown.... i tend to use the voice button if i need to hear the guidance...

I v seen 160mph on the digi speedo a few times.... last time summer about 4.30 am did 160mph flat out for a good few minutes...the car felt awesome...the road had slight uphills and downhills but the speedo didnt show any different than 160 and is defo 5mph off according to the satnav...and then i run out of lets say.... autobahn... Its 313 model roadster and according to my revs it had more...i am sure it would go up to 170+ but it would take ages.... My prev maserati 4200 gt spyder would easily do 180mph in half the distance ish...almost rev limiter on 6th gear....and the speedo was 7mph off... but anything more than 150 demanded BIG balls and total danger ignorance..... The handling and overall stability was that bad!!!

Chipped both front left and rear left rims in a week!!!! And thats with ps2s on... their thick sidewall didnt help... The car looks really tho....

Had an issue with a rattle from rear left....like a left over screw driver....as mine is an 08 it could not be the rear axle...but it was a plastic bit in the boot on the left of the spare wheel that knocked on the metal bucket where the spare wheel sits.... A bit of blue tac and problem solved..... Trim rattles are really annoying and i didnt expect the Z to suffer from them....felt so solid when i bought it.... As an owner/ex-owner of italian cars i am used to trim rattles tho....blue tac always did the trick....

Wont comment....and didnt find it funny... anyway thats the update i v got...if whoever takes up the calendar thing is interested let me know.... i will be posting my own pics soon cos da Z looks fab after visiting ESR.... although i think i left something behind on a speed bump today...

Never cardio for me again guys....and stretching is boring..... Did greco-roman wrestling for 6 years... 8th at the greek national champ at 85 kilos when i was 22.... would run 2-3 miles as warm up before the main session which never took more than 60mins...training morning-avo 6 days a week... But i was fed up by the age of 23...plus i had to finish dental school...so now i am 29 and enjoy smoking and drinking and a little bit of weights...many sets but with short intervals...just keeping shape...nothing more..... Back to the subject....the girls will do it... they have done only underwear before... and they said that price depends on the photo shooting (i suspect how many clothes they keep on)...but for a calendar its 200-500 quid each...and since we are friends £200 will do for them.... We v got pics from pro photo shootings with underwear but i need to know who is organizing the calendar thing and we can pm each other....would not want to post pics here if ya kno whot i mean..... PS I havent got a belly as such....but when the girls at the practice try to take the **** out of mine i reply one thing.....
