Cheers guys... think it was that motul....and yes the pedal feels a bit soft now...will be visiting a garage for a reflush next week but i will pm fletch....i got to buy the fluid first....

Just noticed today that on hard braking the handbrake light comes on and when the car starts settling horizontal again it goes off... Brake fluid was half way full (or empty...its a matter of perception) before the track day yesterday but just above min today.... Thing is that i dont remember which one Phil used when he upgraded my brakes to ebc disks and pads.... i know he changed it for a better one...or Fletch did anyway.... Anybody any ideas??? Think the light will be fine when brake fluid level is back to normal... for the records there is no leak anywhere... and i am planning on changing brake fluid as this was the second track day on the same juice... Cheers guys and gals...

I would never say no to pics of my Z!!! I remember a couple of clios 197 and i think a white megane 225...dont remember as i was too focused on mad driving.... was overtaken by a westfield, an ariel atom and steve's pug....dont remember anybody else overtaking me and that includes M3's, all the renaults, fiestas and focuses STs, a caterham....(that actually span round in front me on a very fast lap with steve following but we both acted really quickly....lool) and all sorts of other cars.... People came to me to ask whether the car was modified and stuff and one of them said that he loved the sound of it!!! I was really chuffed.... Before i go i went on the track for 6 laps with a guy who had a golf gti and wanted to see what i was doing and i could go that fast....showed him my heal-toe technique and he felt badly sick 6 laps later... dont think he went on the track again....sorry Keith....

Another track day is finished..... But god it was fab!!!!! Cadwell Park is a brilliant track and such a good fan if you are brave enough.... Nice and dry...not too busy....so the hood was mostly down....now i need 4 new PS2s and yes new brakes!!! Unfortunately the EBC turbo grooves and yellow pads didnt make it today....and thats after 5000 miles and 2 track days... same for the PS2s... Great day in any case...cheers Steve! You always make me feel sooooo welcome!!! Nice Pug and driving by the way....i think i need to loose some weight if i want to keep up with you next time....you had the 888s as well.... A few pics for the fellow Z owners are included....pls notice the sidewall twist of the front PS2s.... and thats with 42psi when boiling hot!!!

Does that mean you have a case for any of your money back? i will defo try.... as i have got the time on the ticket , then the receipt from the cash machine 5mins later and then the pics i took with my mob which are dated and timed.... plus my friend as a witness plus the local paper and more than 200 known people who have been clamped within the last week and the city council as well... I honestly wouldnt mind paying a couple of grand for solicitors just to get the bastards.....

Apparently its becoming a big scandal in Hull!!!! Hundreds of people have been clamped so far and the whole thing has been a front page on Hull daily mail (the local paper) every single day since Saturday!!!! Hull city council has canceled their contract with them or trying too.... They were supposed to charge £100 and only in case of a tow truck call out £250.... in my case and in many other cases the tow truck was called immediately after clamping so no choise of £100.....it has been £250 for every body.... Its a ghost company with supposed address in London but owned by a Hullian who lives here...the complains phone is his mobile phone!!!! Havent posted with updates cos Ekona will start winding me up again with his objectiveness...but i couldnt keep my mouth shut any more!!!

Never had any issues with mine....tried it on track days as well and managed to go quite fast with ESP on...i could slide towards the exit of the corner (all 4 wheels) with minimal kicking in from it... Changed prof from 45 to 40 and ESP feels a bit better as well..... i believe being gentle with the throttle is essential tho.... otherwise can't comment....

you are right... although there is an easier way of calculating it.... 1inch= 2.5cm ish so 2.5cm/2 (wheel radius) - 0.5mm (profile decrease) = 0.75cm ish... so its about 0.7 cm or 7mm.... dont know if the ESP will be happy with the new dimensions...

The thing with a speed limit is though it's a LIMIT. You do not have to drive to it all the time. I see myself driving below the limit a lot if weather conditions / road surface or type of road (width, blind crests or corners etc etc) dictates it. Going round a 20mph corner in the rain at 50mph isn't going to cause that much less damage than at 60mph. If the driver took the corner properly there wouldn't be a problem....... +1.....

+ 1000000000000000 On some small A and B roads speed limit is ridiculously 60 instead of 50 or 40 sometimes...on the other hand on the motorway is only 70....and somebody in a rotten 30 year old Datsun is regarded as driving safe doing the same 70 like me in my brand new Z.... They say 3000 people die in car accidents and they will reduce the number that way by 200-250....but how many die from smoking related diseases or drinking??? Tens of thousands....so....lets ban smoking and drinking as well... They are talking about CO2 emissions.... target industries and military forces...how much co2 was produced by the war in Iraq???? Are we not paying enough already for something that makes our life a bit more interesting??? I suppose the government wants us in a council estate smoking, drinking and romping with any minger we can get...spreading babies everywhere and take no responsibility and then wonder why is this country going from bad to worse????

Am i actually reading well??? Think my eyes are blurred from all the hard work today... Anybody heard about common sense?? Are you using your seat belt to move your car back in your garage after you have washed it??? are you using your indicators on every single round about 2 o'clock in the morning when you are the only car on the road??? Or have you never done more than 40 on an empty 40 signed dual carriage way??? If there was no common sense we should be all behind bars!!!

If i was blocking somebody i would happily pay and say sorry as well.... as you can see from the pics there was nobody there and the spaces were not numbered...he had only just finished clamping the car and was waiting for the tow truck...which appeared 5mins later... The case is that he wanted cash there and then or the car goes!!!!!

Wanted to leave enough space for the disabled space...lool...as if the car park was packed!

+ 1 She hasnt as the as the flat's parking space was in a different allocated area...didnt think it would be an issue as it was only a 5min job and there was not a single person in the area. needless to say no car either....
