  4. autoglass damaged my bonnet when replacing the screen, must have levered off it to get the glass out... you never know when a chip will turn into a crack, I got a small chip on the way to work one day, by the time I came out of work it was a big crack, best just to sort it
  5. Sorry but im guessing you missed alex's post of his price. Alex's price was £49.95 delivered. Alex is the man on here for stuff. Anything you want he will have or can get at much cheaper rates than most stores and as shown on here recently you have probably the most secure warranty with your products that you can get. I was pointing out that dealer prices are expensive.... not trying to step on people's toes... Alex's post wasn't there at the time. I've used Alex for a couple of items already and have had some good advice from him.
  6. +1 given the look of the rest of the your car Buster - should look very . BTW (and IMHO), keep the badge (Nissan or Z) and the indents that continue the flow from the bonnet agree with above ... except leave the canards in the box
  7. I'd probably get them done (unless selling the car in the near future) but not pay main dealer prices. You can get Denso Iridium plugs from OpieOils.co.uk for a £55, these are as good or better than OEM. if you're going to keep the car for a few years then you'll more than likely end up getting them changed at some point anyway. I had mine done after 5 years but have only just reached 54k now (it had only done 18k in 4 years)
  8. Its similar to a pop charger just looks a little bit more 'home-made' to me

    My new Zed

I've seen this zed before (or at least the reg), I'm sure it was the car I spotted the day after I picked mine up! http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=15926

    Wii novice

haha must have too much time on his hands I'm now thinking of the Wii sports and Wii sports resort with motion plus controller, so I think that means I'd need a second remote with the motion plus too (or Wii remote plus which has it built in?)... I may have got my head around this by Christmas!

    Wii novice

thanks Husky guess I'd better get ordering then!
  14. I'm looking at buying a Wii this Christmas for the girlfriend and kids, possibly this one: http://www.play.com/Games/Wii/4-/17268702/White-Nintendo-Wii-Console-Bundle-including-Wii-Sports-Wii-Sports-Resort-Super-Smash-Bros-Brawl-Toy-Story-3-Lego-Harry-P/Product.html I guess I'll need an extra controller - but seeing as I've never used one before, what is the difference between a remote and a nunchuk? Do I need to buy both for 2 player stuff?
  15. Good stuff, looks like they just gave up and lost interest. Honest John in the Telegraph Motoring section usually advises to pay £5 or so, stating that you consider it to be adequate compensation for a minor breach of contract. From your experience, it looks like you don't even need to pay anything! Although I'd have thought that by parking there it implies that you agree to the parking t's and c's? Its just that the fines are extortionate!

    trolley jack

will have to find a hockey puck.. in the past I've used bits of wood with a groove in to clear the seam on the sill
  17. I've got a boot divider, made by someone on here, that wedges under the strut brace, and encloses the rear section of the boot - that stops it sliding around

    trolley jack

Will a trolley jack with a minimum height of 80mm fit under the sills of a Z with standard suspension? I'd just measure it myself but I'm in Sweden and the car isn't

    Black or White handles?

maybe try the white - I hate the way nissan made the door handles so huge and obvious, I was surprised they didn't sort this for the 370Z
  20. and take care that the giggle pin in the fufu valve doesn't make it become discombobulated...
  21. my parents were put on to an accident management company (or whatever they're called) after a crash that was obviously not their fault. They got a comparable car on the basis that the other party's insurance would pay for it as they weren't at fault. However at some point the other driver decided to lie about what happened and so the only way the insurance companies would settle was on a knock for knock basis... so suddenly you're left with a big bill for hiring a car for a few weeks, and your premium takes a big hit next time. I wouldn't deal with one of these companies as a matter of principle...
  22. obviously I have trouble reading... must have misinterpreted that somehow?! GLWTS
