Its like the thermostat has too much deadband on it or something, seems to cool for too long before heating up again

I really don't like the shape of the lights, and I don't like the wheels either, they look a bit too fussy... I'm starting to like the nose a bit more, although saying that I might change my mind the next photo I see!

with the recent cold weather there's been a bit of ice on the windows some mornings... I'm wondering what people do if they try to open the door and the window wont drop cos its frozen solid? will it cause damage to the window or motor? its not a problem when my car is tucked up in the garage but i'm stuck in a hotel at the moment! cheers Mike

I filled up at sainsburys in taunton last week, was amazed to find it was 12p a litre cheaper than the murco garage near to my hotel! (although normal unleaded was the same at both places) I normally only put in V Power but the nearest Shell garage is miles away from me at the moment

I don't understand why you should get points added again after you've been disqualified?! although if it cuts down the ban then i'm all for it! I got caught on Anglesey doing 70 in a 40, got 6 pts and £150 fine. Its a real shame what they've done putting all the 40 limits in on some fantastic roads its not like there are any pedestrians around Mind you, the cop did comment that I was 'shifting a bit going down the hill' before he caught me slowing down....

I've used Luton Airparks loads of times and never had any problem. You do worry when leaving your pride and joy there, you've just got to hope that someone nice drives your car! At least the car is fine which is the main thing!

saw a silver Z with the reg plate 'ZED', quite distinctive plate... Now I cant remember if it was on the M6 or M1 southbound, but it was last weekend, and I did quite a few miles! I was in the 04 sunset GT, overtook you in some traffic...

ah, its all clear now, and thanks for the replies! I didn't have time to go through the manual or all the buttons, was having too much fun on the test drive What should I make sure is done for its 4th yearly service at 18k miles, would it be much more than a basic oil change and inspection? It's being done by the mitsubishi dealer before I pick it up... cheers, Mike

I'm Mike from Birmingham, I've just put down a deposit on an orange 350Z GT, '04 plate, 18,000 miles, should be picking it up within 2 weeks when I can get time off work Mine's got a scorpion exhaust already fitted, sounds fantastic! Just a couple of q's to start off... should I get a bluetooth adaptor off ebay for £99? is that a reasonable price? also, what does the little display that flashes 6500 rpm mean? hope its nothing serious?! looks like a very useful site full of info here cheers Mike
