Had an email from Lotus this morning cancelling my test drive today... great. But no drama as i wasn't planning to buy from them anyway. I've had my eye on one in particular on Autotrader, so gave them a call and it was still available, and i could test drive today. Only an hour from me too. Second hand but only 3k miles. Long story short... i loved it. Had a decent test drive, got to stretch its legs. Looks, sounds, feels awesome. Surprisingly high build quality... the door shut feels better than my range rover! Absolutely loads of leg and headroom. Deposit paid. Picking it up likely 1st June as i'm on holiday and then when i get back the dealer is on holiday... it's going to be a long month. ๐ญ Here she is... I wasn't sure about the frost leather beforehand, but in person the contrast against the blue is stunning.

Sounds great to me. Always good to have a reputable garage that knows these cars well and isn't very far out like some of the specialists are ๐. -
Mustang - out with the new - in with the old

6'2 is the limit on a lot of sports cars. If your upper body is tall headroom might be an issue with a few cars -
Hi and welcome along buddy. Nice looking car. It doesnโt need tuning if it has a cat back system on. The previous owner probably want some more noise.

Hi and welcome ๐

Hi everyone! Just a intro from myself, mark! recently sold my car and purchased by teenage dream car! 370z! I can safely say I love it!!! I thought it was stock until I caught a hint of the exhaust the other day which is invidia? Sounds great but wondering if or has the car been tuned for it? No other obvious mods Iโve found so far! But planning to do light mods as going to be my new (fun) daily driver! Done the tablet screen thing already, touch wood seems to be great! ๐

Hey peeps, Just putting this out there. I'm doing a sponsored parachute jump on the 13th July at Headcorn, Kent. I'll be jumping from 12,000 ft. Not done anything like this before but it should be an experience. Please donate if you're able to. Anything would be greatly appreciated. I'm paying for the jump so all money goes to the charity. https://www.justgiving.com/page/dipam-gorepatel-alzheimerssociety

Hi Guys, A fair few of you will know me through the forum and maybe in person too. I am currently a senior Vehicle tech at a reputable garage in the midlands which I am looking to try and open my arms to the Z family, i have been a member here for a good long while now, Iโve honestly never had a better family and I want to try and return that kindness as best I can by looking after you as best I can! As an ex Z owner I know these cars pretty damn well so can help advise my Mot testers to avoid some of the common misconceptions. I have also had a word with the owner of the garage and he would be willing to offer a discount if enough people were interested on certain common maintenance elements. We are currently in process of a half a million pound extension including a tyre centre thus tyres and tracking etc. My main point is that in our community we have a fair few reputable companies/ garages that we trust, I would like to throw our hat in the ring and give some of you another option is some of these other places are a bit too far to travel. It would also be good to note we do rust repairs too and are incredibly friendly with an incredibly talented body shop that commonly do paintwork for Morgan motors. I canโt be too detailed as instructed by admin but just wondering if people would be up to giving us a go! A little bit about myself is that Iโve been doing this now for 8 or so years, my specialty is Japanese performance cars, been brought up around jap cars my entire life and always owned one, currently got an FdRx7 Hillclimber. I currently look after 4 Zs personally and another 3/4 through the customers at work. Here is a pic of my FD, let me know what you think and Iโll do my best to answer

Could it be after exhaust work it has been nudged a little lower and now touches the W Brace when revved? If so maybe a little adjustment or some washers to space the W Brace a bit lower may help.
