I think I will stick to stuff I know and love that is artistic rather than just good cover art.

 

For example I saw this but not really a Janis Joplin fan, great cover though!

There's a company in Durham I have used to have album cover imaged blown up in size and printed on canvas.

They have even removed writing and such using photo shop at my request so that it just looks like a picture.

Yeah I did consider that but think I prefer having the actual vinyl in the original sleeve really....
