cmr1991 Posted February 13, 2014 Author Posted February 13, 2014 Please don't. I used to love the Techart Kit, But I have to admit it (as much as I love playing around with my cars) that My black one Is just right how it is! Quote
Stutopia Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Don't change anything, it's perfect! Quote
R35LEE Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 (edited) I like your new Porker I had a 3.4s a few years ago, they handle great. As long as you stay with nice rims and don't get the rear wing the Techart isn't too bad Edited February 13, 2014 by R35LEE Quote
Humpy Posted February 13, 2014 Posted February 13, 2014 Very nice dude, keep the black how it is as it does look stunning. 1 Quote

Seen a few horror stories with this era of Porsche but don't really know my engine/chassis codes like I do with the japs. Edited February 14, 2014 by 350Ad Quote
Ekona Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 Google for IMS failure, but you're looking anywhere around 5-10% failure rate on the M96/97 blocks. Quote

Don't worry about any of that, just get a bore-scope inspection and full vehicle inspection before you buy, buy from a dealership, get warranty. just enjoy the car IF you get one Quote
Ekona Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 Boroscope won't catch IMS. OPC warranty is the only one bothering with, and isn't available on cars over 10 years old. I fully agree with you on both points though, I wouldn't buy a non-DFI car without the boroscope and I wouldn't buy any Porker without a full inspection. Quote
jollyranchers Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 very very nice , how does it compare with the zed performance and handling wise ? Quote
