campbell c Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 hello all My name is campbell and am 20, i bought a 350z about a month ago and have loved very day of havin the car, first thing am looking to get is a set of bc racing coilovers, i will try to get some pics up soon my first question is this, the 350z only gets a % of the power through 1st to 3rd but does this still apply with esp off?? cheers Campbell Quote

It's not a case of only getting a percentage of the throttle in the first 3 gears, it's the speed the butterfly opens in relation to you pressing the throttle. You get 100% throttle but it doesn't open as fast as you stamp on the gas peddle. An uprev can remove this. If you do a search for Uprev in Abbey Motorsport's forum you'll find this explained better.
