Muppetswallower Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 I have a standard Z33 05 plate fairlady Z import with standard JDM callipers and discs. Does anyone know if the UK brembos from same age car fit straight onto the import or is there a lot of modifications to be done? This is my first post so excuse the none techyness of my post. Quote
rtbiscuit Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 think its a straight swap, plenty have done it before :pmr35lee: he usually has plenty of brembos laying about Quote

BladesGrant Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 to the club. You may be better off getting the car tuned rather than the SLD as you will have a much better feeling car and the limiter will be removed and also giving you all the power in the first 3 gears which you won't have at the moment. Muppetswallower Posted January 21, 2011 Author Posted January 21, 2011 Like the idea of a ECU remap rather tham the SLD. Anyone have idea of outlay ££££ and location of good centres north of Perth. The closer to Dundee the better. Anyone actually done the UK Spec to JDM Brembo conversion all round? Quote

RSTuning in Leeds and Abbey Motorsport in Surrey. Still it will be a good excuse for a good drive out!! Especially on the way back. I think its about £400 if I remember rightly and its worth every penny imo. I am sure a few people have done the brembo conversion on JDMs. Quote
Lincolnbaggie Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 Moved the intro post to the relevant section so more people see it Quote
