Hello!

Have just had finance approved on a Z. Am due to pick it up on Monday evening am losing sleep as am so excited. I'm currently driving an 02 plate 1.4L Renault Megane but having always dreamt of owning a sports car: am now on the verge of it. :yahoo:

Have been following some of the threads on the forum as a guest and it's been invaluable but didn't want to tempt fate and join until everything was cleared with the car etc.

It's a GT with 13500 miles and seems to be well equipped.

Managed to get a cheeky pic while dropping off documents at the garage.

Will let you know how I get on once I've picked it up....

Welcome to the forum bud. :)

Its going to be a long few days. A bit of advice for any new owner, just take it easy until you get used to it, they can catch you out especially if its a bit damp.

The car looks great. :teeth:

It'll be a step up of > 200 bhp on my old car. I Was bricking it during the test drive but found it more forgiving than I expected. Still, will be taking it seriously easy...

Hello and welcome to the club!

Big jump in performance coming from a 1.4 renault to the Zed :scare: As said before, drive it gently and get used to the power delivery especially if its damp or wet! Rear wheel drive is a whole new ballgame compared to front wheel drive :drive1

:welcome: to the club Benny. As many others have said, nice and easy on the noisy pedal, especially on roundabouts. Whatever you do, don't take the traction control off! ;)
