  1. Amidst all the snowy news reports showed an image of a 52 plate Azure, looking as if it'd stacked it off the road into a mound of snow..?
  2. Quite welcome my friend! Good taste, clearly Feel the thread needed some rock!
  3. This song reminds me of driving my zed sigh http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OipXkb6fOFc
  4. This is f**kin incredible! I'm just about getting fed up though, as my broadband's decided to grind to an almost standstill and I'm losing patience. Going to the gym to work off some anger, will resume later....
  5. Genious playlist on my ipod at the minute; I play this every morning at 6am loud as f*** on the way to the gym gets me in the mood! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BH0k557E7Nc NEW 'old' Soundgarden >>> It's a short journey
  6. First off, apologies mods for not conforming to FS rules yesterday, was at work and rushed it, I'll try again... As above, I have a Bluetooth adapter I no longer require thus is up for sale, it's in perfect working order, I just don't have the car to go with it anymore Looking for £70 posted, drop me a PM anyone who's interested! Thanks Nick
  7. Sorry, I mean £30k debt! Uni fees accomodation etc, she didn't have financial backing from parents... Its all dependent on your circumstances I guess. She's from Wakefield like me, but studied in Newcastle so lived up there. You pretty much walk into a 29k job straightaway though (depending on your location and the rotations you do, all are graded differently) and it only goes up from there really...
  8. My girlfriend's literally just graduated as a first year doctor - 5years and £30k thereabouts. Trouble is, much like passing your driving test, only when you pass does the real learning begin!! She's got two years based at a hospital up north, doing 4 rotatations per year I.e. Types of care / wards. Then you go on to more training for whichever area you want to specialise in, but it's not a short term thing, all routes take years... I think physio is a simpler route, but still requires 3 or 4 yrs uni
  9. Ps meant to add he's not included in description but it's on 20 & 25mm spacers
  10. ... Then mines now for sale at the garage I traded it for my smoke blower... I can obviously vouch for it being clean and well looked after, and would be glad to see it belong to another 350Z-UK newbie, so for anyone on the lookout here you go... http://users.autoexposure.co.uk/vehicle ... &City=Hull
  11. Hehe ooh mixed reviews eh! Cheers for the comments folks! I'll be sorry to leave too, met some great people on here and learnt a thing or two in the process. This was my first introduction to the world of forums and I reckon this'll really take some beating! Started looking at babybmw.net for ideas, though the name alone makes me feel pathetic - I liken it to being a boxter owner among 911's Anyway, I'm truly bitten by the zed bug and I'll be very suprised if this is my last zed; I reckon it'll only be a few years before we're looking at another, maybe a 370.
  12. I want! I have a soft case, but seriously considering buying a hard case on this basis
  13. Well, I'm sorry to say just 1yr 3 months into ownership, next weekend I shall be parking up the Zed never to sit back in it again In a nutshell; I live in Wakefield, possible commute to Rotherham, and girlfriend doin her First year term as a Doctor up in Sunderland... at 24mpg it's just not feasible anymore. So... I've just cut a deal on this 120D M Sport 3dr, 177bhp (remap to 220 maybe..? ) As much as I'm gutted to see the zed go, all in all I'm pretty chuffed with my 'sensible compromise' - 60mpg combined, £90 a year tax, yet still quite nippy & RWD - and look at it! I think it's a beaut! Opinions all..? Please go easy on me
  14. Looks awesome bud! Had I not been swapping mine soon, I'd have done the same! A mate of mine has fitted the same one to his 51 plate S3 and it looks the nuts
  15. ... Or along those lines I.e. K15 BYE, looked / sounded like a K1 too saw you on my way out of hull, I was in my GM, going very slow as I was on the phone (don't worry, Bluetooth)
  16. hope you can keep it!! I unfortunately won't have mine a great deal longer I live in Wakefield, girlfriend lives in Newcastle for at least one further year (just graduated as a doctor, has her first year in Sunderland) and possibly a job change for me meaning 80 miles a day... viewing a 3dr 120d M Sport next weekend, think it's a pretty good compromise and still RWD, plus they remap nicely
  17. I tried this with the CRT in my bedroom, but it has S-Video input and my Vaio has S-Video output. However, I was thoroughly unhappy with it as it only reproduced black & white on screen, and rather than mess around with colour settings I wrote it off as a bad idea and took the lead back. Best option IMO would be £20 DVD player from Asda, box of DVD-R's (assuming he has DVD writer)...
  18. Least you weren't a pillock like me, you may have seen in a previous thread; came off mine just 1 week after getting it, messed my wrist up and had to have the bone pulled back in and plated / pinned... spent the last 7 weeks in a cast Comes off tomorrow though!!!! At last!!!
  19. Cheers Elfman, I know, well I think so anyway Two AWESOME songs there, love QOTSA, and how much does Page Hamilton sound like Ozzy?? Thought I'd bring a few more into the equation; I've nothing to 'do' seen as my girlfriend jetted off to Majorca this morning on her sis's hen do... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W3lg1hV2A_I Plus the acoustic version because it's beauts: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2FDk7pGQAKo More Scott Weiland, only after all the drugs : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TFxv910zvmc Then a mix of other stuff, the non-heavy, the 'eclectic'... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2kIZeVoRBuU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3O9sLkn3nz0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RCD14IrOcIs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VHEhAd3KnoE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=suwIhdHfHFA meh, that'll do for now
  20. gotta be one of the best zeds on here, stunning
