I sanded mine back, sprayed with primer, sanded again then vinyl'd in a pearl white to match my exterior.. still not happy with the vinyl though so I've got attempt #3 soon lol... Would have been much easier to just spray it satin black to look OEM again!! Hydrodipping has good results and you can get home kits too so can be cost effective - Either way you will have to sand it back as if you dipped/sprayed/vinyled how it is, you will see the scuff marks come through... Takes patience but definitely a DIY job imo. Quote
Andy Carfax Posted October 27, 2018 Posted October 27, 2018 Hi, How easy is it to remove the handle, anybody seen any instructions how to do it? Andy Quote
ilogikal1 Posted October 28, 2018 Posted October 28, 2018 2 minute job - 1 bolt & unclip. Plenty of more detailed guides on here if you search. Quote

Staffie Posted October 17, 2019 Posted October 17, 2019 Where can I get hold of the carbon fibre lookalike replacement arm rest covers for both doors? Quote
wwesty Posted October 17, 2019 Posted October 17, 2019 We got a guy who specialises in this stuff to do 2 handles, one worse than that, touch up on the dash cubby, plus attend to worn seat bolster. Total cost was £100 and we’re very pleased with result! Quote

I would have thought there must be someone in your area offering a similar service though.... Quote
