BobbyZ Posted November 25, 2015 Posted November 25, 2015 In all seriousness, it's there to protect your engine. As Dan says, you need a lot of uprated parts before you can raise the rev limit. The mapping also wouldn't cater for higher engine speeds, so even if it stayed in one piece you wouldn't get any more power. Quote

You cannot EVER do more than that without major engine work. Just because the speedo says 180mph, doesn't mean your car can do that either 1 Quote

tomzzzcattle Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 (edited) Everyone to their own, but I noticed the difference, and I'd recommend it too, you're in safe hands with Abbey MS (Years of experience ) but I wouldn't recommend down-shifting at 7000rpm though- you might break something!
