  1. The OD of the stock pipe is 60mm The ID of the stock pipe is 58mm The CTC of the front flange is 105mm The CTC of the rear flange is 102mm The CTC of the front Y flanges are 97mm
  2. The stock exhaust is smaller than 3" but as long as the flanges are the oem size then it will marry up to the cats or Y section.
  3. They are oem size and wrapping is a good idea but not much room. They do come in different finishes you know.
  4. As From A to Zed has suggested, give me a shout mate and I will talk you through the options. You will not have to change the clutch plate again unless it is faulty or damaged. Cheers, Alex.
  5. The aggressive or less aggressive set up is obtained by the direction of the slotts on the face of the rotors. What we are referring to here guys is the direction of the fins between each face of the rotor. The fins must be facing backwards as per the image that I posted up otherwise the rotors will run far to hot and crazing will appear on the rotor face and the transfer of thermal energy to the callipers will be excessive resulting in the fluid boiling, melted piston seals and dust covers and discolouration of the callipers. Also without Ti shims this transfer of thermal energy will expediate. Chris, further to our conversation today, I may have sourced Ti shims in the U.K and hope to send them out with the callipers. Alex.

  11. Hi Colsy and welcome to the forum
  12. Thanks Alex, how low do you mean by low mileage? As obviously mine has only done 16,000 miles Just don't want to replace with an older, higher mileage part thats all........ What kind of price are we talking and do you have any istructions for doing the job? Cheers Larsdowg Hi Mate, Mines are all similar mileage to your one so better to fit brand new. Best to get it diagnosed properly before you splash the cash. At 16K may be a warranty or goodwill claim. Alex.
  13. Fuel damper noise is easy to diagnose and replace and if you are handy with the spanners then it is a DIY jobby. I have a few low mileage preowned ones if you require. Cheers, Alex.
  14. Exedy Clutck Kit (Cover,Plate and Bearing) £295.00 Fidanza Single Mass Lightenened Aluminium Flywheel £295.00 0r OEM LUC Duall Mass Flywheel £295.00 Hope this helps. Alex.
  15. They hold up considerably well but most of the guys who swop out there coil overs change the ARBs as well.
  16. They make a huge difference to the rear of the car don't you think. Glad that you are happy with them Greg.
  17. As Colin has said I can fix you up with the drive shaft kits for the clicky noise if you require them The noise that you are describing from the drive train could be nothing more than you just labouring the car and as you have confirmed, dropping a gear gets rid of the noise. Worst case scenario could be a new clutch kit and possible flywheel. The springs could be rattling about in the centre plate or the dual mass flywheel may be falling apart. Either way I have all the parts available should you require them. Axle Kits, Exedy Clutch Kits, OEM Dual Mass Flywheels, or Fidanza Lightened Aluminum Flywheels. Hopefully you wont require any of the parts and a slight adaption to your driving methods may cure the issues. Alex.
