Providing your mechanic has not done something stupid and the plugs are all good and he has not got cyls 4 an 6 mixed up then another thing to check are the 3 x prongs on each coil pack as they are easy to damage by the untrained. Are you not able to trace the fault to a particular cyl. ? Your issue should be relatively easy to trace and fix. Alex.

You do not require to remove the inlet manifold or the rocker covers: Remember that there are two sizes of plugs as the DE is different from the HR. Halfords do a nice long magnetic plug socket for both applications. Alex.

You have got two of the coil pack leads mixed up on bank 2, resulting in running on only 4 cyls. In particular look at cyls number 4 and 6 as these are the two that you have most likely transposed. Alex.

The seating cones are £10.00 each and the ball joint nuts are £5.00 each Should also have some Polybushings left in stock as well, if you wish yo go that route.
