Technically I'm under an NDA so can't say very much at all, but make of this what you will:
Skyrim (& Oblivion, applies to both) were very tough at the start, and you had to actively avoid enemies until you levelled up enough. Combat was superb though in those. The graphics were impressive, even on the older 360 hardware, and the UI was handled very well. You always felt like you knew what you wanted to do and where you had to go, and the crafting system came naturally. In short, it was a very fun game with incredible depth.
TESO is nothing like that.
