Must say, my current conveyancer has been excellent, but then it's been a relatively straightforward sale and purchase so I'd expect nothing less. My last one was a nightmare though, so I know how difficult they can be. The difference has really been that we chose someone local who seemed very professional from day one, and it's paid off.

Thief is sodding awful. Wait until you get to the bits with the weird things underground, it becomes impossible to sneak and you die so quickly that you just give up and never play it again. Well, that's what I did. Utter waste of money. The city layout is crap as well.

Not if it was set too high, it wouldn't. I personally think you just got unlucky.

You just need ONE conveyancer (solicitor). They handle everything. Whatever you do, GET A LOCAL ONE. Have someone who has a local office you can walk into and speak to someone face to face. Even if it costs you a couple of hundred quid more, trust me when I say it's more than worth it!

Great write up in CAR this month, Mustang V8 vs i8 vs Hellcat vs Huracan. Does extremely well, comes out as best all rounder.

There is no better wheel than an OEM wheel. Unless it has BBS written on it.

How many miles have you done? Really, any car coming up to 100k is due a refresh on the dampers and springs, regardless of usage.

The other doozy is when people pour grease and fat down the sink. That's really helpful, that is! Might be worth checking to make sure they're putting it in the bin. Might not be the issue now, but could save you grief in years to come.
