They're correct. Someone was in charge of the vehicle at the time, so the accident is someone's 'fault'. Whoever is driving is responsible for the load, regardless of if they loaded it or not (that's a legal thing, same as making sure a car is roadworthy before use etc). However, depending on how it's worded when your insurer asks if you have had any accidents, claims or convictions, depends on whether you need to tell them. In your case there was no accident whilst driving, you didn't personally claim and certainly no points involved, then I wouldn't feel the need to disclose it. Had you binned it whilst driving, that would clearly be different. If I wasn't driving when it happens, I'm not coughing up to it. Whoever was needs to take responsibility, however galling that may seem. If they don't, then they're likely to get the boot for gross misconduct. A grey area, definitely.

Rain sports are okay, more suited to an mx5 than a 350 though. You'll get so much more mileage out of the MPSS, that it makes them the best value tyre to buy more than anything. Chuck it on a 0% credit card, or even a normal one and pay it off over a couple of months: Long term, you'll be quids in.

Also, it's utter rubbish that it's illegal to have tyres that don't have the right load rating on them. Complete and utter tosh. An insurance guy might check, true, but that doesn't make it illegal. I'm not sure that it's an MOT fail, either.

Ignore those bloody ratings, they're useless! The MPSS will outlast the F1s, and by some margin. That's where you get your economy, not a 1% drop in mpg. The F1s are very good though, so would be a good second choice. Don't mix tyres though, see the Sticky for why.

That's the exact same F12 that Jo drove earlier this year at Silverstone. The best bit for me was watching Chris gush over that F12. Having driven one, it's hands-down the most exciting thing I've ever had a go in. That noise will stay with me forever. Whatever you do, get a drive of one before you die. Beg, steal, borrow, whatever.

BT dongles only work with non-iOS devices. Apple only allow wifi dongles on their ecosystem.

It makes zero noise, has zero charisma, and runs out of puff FAR quicker than any petrol car ever could. The fact that it's quick makes no odds to me, I've driven cars that quick on plenty of occasions but they've not excited me because of the speed. Give me a dirty old '60s V8 that has a 7L engine with 120bhp but bags of character over something like the Tesla.

I reckon if you catch them regardless of what you do with regards to angle and speed, then they're too high. Go measure them definitely.

If what they are using follows the legal guidelines, I'm not sure what you can do. However, were they there before you moved in or bought your car? If yes then I'd say tough luck, that's your fault. If no, then how much consulting did they do before the install? I don't know if they need to consult, but it might give you a window. To be completely honest though matey, there is no reason that you shouldn't be able to traverse a standard set of humps in a standard 370Z. Either you need to change your angle of attack, or slow down, or even speeding up can help! And really, if they're already there then there's very little chance of them ever removing them, or not installing more. Normally if you dip one wheel on and one wheel off any speedbump, you should be fine. Got any pics of the ones in question?

I'm not so sure that would be a success, it's not like the BRZ86s are flying off the shelves (although they are more common now than they used to be). Carbon monocoque is a good idea though, I hadn't thought of that one.

What would make me buy a new Zed? I honestly don't know. I'd want a revvy NA engine to at least 7.5K rpm. I'd want a simple interior with a cohesive design that is either analogue or digital, but not a mix of both. I'd want a boot that isn't compromised on space (350 had the strut bar, 370 is too shallow). I'd want simple manual 'box with no fussy electronics. I'd want 18" wheels MAX, and I'd want the weight down to below 1500kg. I'd want MPG to be closer to 30mpg than 20mpg. I'd want it to look like a Zed and not like a GT-R. I'd want more options and less standard equipment, so I can choose not to have stuff I don't want. I want it available in loud colours rather than multiple shades of silver. I'd want a long nose but with minimal overhangs. I want a fully adjustable seat and steering wheel combination using lightweight motors. And you know the worst bit? I won't get any of that. Not one single bit. And I didn't even mention price at all.

I wouldn't include that in a major service, no. I also wouldn't change it unless it was the colour of arse.

My local Mazda dealership are awesome, they just chuck you the keys too and let you go. I've never had any issues getting test drives in cars, apart from two notable exceptions: 1. Evo 9, for the missus. They wouldn't let her drive it as she was under 25. We went to Subaru and they her drive the Impreza, so we bought one instead. 2. Esprit turbo, for me. Wanted the deal done before I tested it, which simply wasn't going to happen. Walked away and bought a 350Z instead...! Some dealers just think you're not serious, so don't make the effort. Sometimes they're right, sometimes they're not.

No combustion engine = no interest. Not a slight on you Adrian, I know people here will be interested so it's a good link to share, just my personal opinion.
