    MPS4 or MPSS

Someone has to be the first to try If it were me, I think I'd also stick with the MPSS for now, at least until someone else has had a try of the MPS4 in the real world. It may very well be a staggeringly good tyre though!
  2. I think unless you're tracking it regularly then that's miles overkill. Even 4500 would be a bit excessive in my eyes. That oil is superb stuff, very difficult to buy anything much better, so it doesn't need changing as often. If you were running Generic Cheap-O Oil then sure, change it often, but without tracking it I'd stick to the usual 9K service regime myself.
  3. At this rate, him.
  4. Jeez, how old is that??!! It's utter rubbish. If you don't sign the S172 then you commit an offence, punishable by 6 pts. They can then still get you on the speeding charge as well if the camera clearly shows it's you, and guess how nice they're going to be when you've already been done for failure to supply the S172... It's pretty much the stupidest thing you can do. Right up with there with Freeman Of The Land wibbleness.
  5. Thought I'd read that somewhere before, dated from June last year I still can't find exactly what he was charged with though!

  9. I'm from Essex my friend, nothing cultured about me! RS6 would've been a blast but it's a straight line car more than anything. Definitely agree with you over the RS4, and the E46 is fun but it's not something I'd ever really want to own. Nope, I think you made a great choice, good on you for living your dream
  10. I knew a bloody admin would be along soon enough, I'm holding Andy completely responsible though.
  11. Ah, gotcha. Think I'll get some on order and give it a pop, good idea sir:)
  12. Oh FU you guys
  13. Dan, I always wanted one as I missed out on an R34 about 10yrs ago! It was the perfect one and I swore I'd get the R35 when it was sensible money. From a purist point of view I'd take a gen 2 997 GT3 RS all day but have you seen the prices. Finally make no mistake the thing can shift and can be pushed or provoked to overwhelm the amazing AWD and different and electronic wizardry. I aim to find those limits. Most people who say a GTR drives itself have not got there yet. That makes sense Rightly or wrongly, I've always seen you as the kind of guy who values delicacy over outright pace, which is backed up by your mention of the 97.2RS. But yes, I've seen those prices and no, I wouldn't pay them either! If you've always loved the GTRs though, then this would seem to be an ideal place to land. I'd be very interested in what else you considered, if anything?
  14. If that's correct, that makes McLaren Honda seem even worse. If that was possible.
  15. Dan I mean FLUFFY if your new name sticks I'd just like you to know that I will feel very very very slightly guilty No you won't you git
  16. Woah, The Martian was a book?!
  17. FU I WON'T DO WHAT YOU TELL ME
  18. Very surprised you went for a GT-R mate, if I'm honest. Was there something or a moment that particularly swung you?
  19. No, because YOU ARE GIVING THE CAR BACK.
  20. Sssshhh, or that'll stick! I just think he's a bit like those guys that people at college tell you to like because it's so random it's cool, and then years later you think to yourself "WTF was this sh*t?".
  21. You mean the splitter I linked to?
  22. Actually, that I wouldn't mind. It would also help lower costs, something F1 is desperate for.
  23. Who hasn't Not me. Don't get the love for his stuff at all.
