  1. So how much Plastidip do I need, roughly?
  2. I have no idea how much a new one is, actually...
  3. Now you've said it, no! Despite my intense OCD, I actually quite like the fact they don't match!
  4. Might be worth a pop, then. Bumper is f*cked anyway with lacquer peel
  5. You learn something new every day
  6. Don't think any Nismo bumpers were FG at all. They should all be plastic.
  7. Colin is one of the few people on here who could justifiably claim the title of Z Legend. Your time was truly appreciated sir. We may not always have agreed, but you never had anything less than my total respect. Thank you for all your effort over the years
  8. There's a purple one in the other corner, but he's fallen over And well spotted, I wondered if anyone would notice that!
  9. Ferrari are all about the image. They have a race winner in Vettel, Kimi just does as he's told and sells merchandise. Kimi doesn't care.
  10. You sure it was 4L you put in? The DE dipstick is notoriously crap.
  11. Not a bad idea, that. Anyone handy with the stuff and lives near me?
  12. Oh FFS
  13. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-6-SERIES-E63-64-FRONT-SPLITTER-BUMPER-LIP-SPOILER-/191805475622?hash=item2ca87f4b26:g:WQcAAOSwcwhVMYF~
  14. Kimi is a total bellend. I hope he buggers off and gives someone who actually wants to be in F1 a chance.
  15. New ones, gloss black to match the roof. At £65, I couldn't be arsed to paint them myself
  16. You're the second person to say that. It might have to happen.
  17. Get the technical details right and close racing will follow. Gimmicks do nothing but turn off fans who have been there from the beginning, and the new fans will quickly get bored and depart. Then who's left?
  18. Don't get me wrong, I vastly prefer WEC to F1, but that doesn't mean I want F1 to start running grids full of GP2 cars and diesels. It's a unique formula that has stood alone as the pinnacle of motorsport with a very simple set of rules (ignoring the tech side, which is now just legal jargon). Monaco. What's the point having mixed grids there? Impossible to overtake unless it's in the pits or the undercut, so if you stick the Mercs at the back then that's where they'll finish. Why bother trying to be great if you get punished? Gives the middle teams a better shot at winning the championship, but is that fair? The best car & driver should win, not the one that had the most luck with flukey grids. I'd rather Kimi won every race in a Ferrari at a canter, than Lewis win by luck. And I HATE Kimi and I HATE Ferrari!
  19. Ah yeah, you can just see the script on the flank in that first pic now, if you zoom in and squint. Lovely motor
  20. Chavtastic. No way I'd ever reduce the light output on a car voluntarily.
  21. Thought more of you Dan 3.8rs lucky bloke. Thought the wing supports looked like the 4.0 ones. Also, a 4.0 is worthy of a thread, a 3.8L less so
  22. F1 does not need fake grids. It's never had them, it's never needed them. If you want that crap go watch BTCC and their shopping boxes. What's the point being the fastest when you've got to start further back? It's just creating fake drama.
  23. I would suspect they'd know more than me, but I don't think they're correct at all. You've already proven the oil usage, so what more are you supposed to do? No, I'd be dropping it off n their doorstep and asking for my refund ASAP else you'll see them in court.
  24. They don't have to agree to take it back: That's your right as a consumer.
