The thing with the Palmersport day is that it's all about the cars, as the track isn't very exciting regardless of layout. With Spa though you get the whole atmosphere too, and driving up Eau Rouge for the first time is an absolute heart-stopper of a moment. Combine that with the tactileness of driving a Caterham round the circuit and I genuinely don't think there's much that can top that in terms of pure experience, save maybe thrashing a classic 911 round the Ring.

The Summit stuff is excellent, especially the rear and front braces, so if budget allows I'd definitely grab some as they'll make as big a difference (if not more) to the handling than the suspension will. I adored them when I had them on mine, probably the best mod I ever did.

Just the standard BR ones will do you, I've tried them myself on a 350 and they're adjustable right up to super squidgy for that OEM comfort too

The BC Racing ones have the ability to be adjusted pretty much right up to the stock height, they'd be my choice. Failing that, it's back to OEM stuff otherwise as pretty much everything will lower the car to some extent.

That's a decent route, I've done it before with the VX club.

I don't see why the FA/FIFA can't just bring in a rule saying that any chat back at the ref or bad language or disrespect to any player or official, no matter how small, is an instant yellow card. Once teams start going down to 7 vs 7 you'll soon see a change in behaviour, and managers will be just as important as refs to keep the players in line. Do it for a couple of seasons, and watch the game changed for the better forever.
