  1. Need more pokemons please Had a cracking walk earlier with Stevo, when the servers were working it was ace fun catching stuff even if hot women did laugh at us
  2. Then again, there's been significant unrest amongst the populous about the government, but no more than we've had here about ours in the last few years.
  3. Army, pretty much. Doesn't even seem like it's the whole army, just a few rogue units.
  4. That money is long gone. If it's not, I'll buy you dinner as a way of saying sorry. And you know what? If it is, I'll buy you a dinner anyway. You sound like everything has sh*t on you at once mate, and you could do with a treat. Shoot me a PM and we'll sort something out, genuine offer. EDIT To add that I'm not taking the p*ss, nor mocking you in anyway. I've been where you are, where everything in life just throws more and more crap at you, and it's horrible. I'm offering you one night out on me, go get some decent grub and a few beers to treat yourself, god knows you need/deserve it by now. One human being to another, nothing more than that.
  5. So much nope I've had to open another nope factory.
  6. Absolutely. I'm loving every second of it, it's possibly the best videogame experience I've had in years.
  7. I'm 37, and was playing it with a guy of 35 and another of 46 yesterday. Fun has no age limits
  8. Ducktails belong on a '73 2.7 RS, and nowhere else. /thread
  9. Use your own solicitor. Go find one local and let them deal with it.
  10. Personally I wouldn't call anything with the name Focal on them high-end, but as long as you're happy with them that's what counts
  11. They do not work for the purpose which was either advertised or which the consumer asked for, hence they're faulty.
  12. http://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/regulation/consumer-contracts-regulations Near the bottom of the page, under returning faulty goods.
  13. You sent the wrong item after consideration was made, which makes that a breach of contract. In theory the other guy can then sue you for any sums paid to correct this, or realistically you just refund the money or even better pay for the return postage in the first place. If the guy had simply changed his mind, you would not be responsible for the cost of return delivery.
  14. DSR no longer applies, it's the CCR now.
  15. Well, that's pretty clear cut then. Naughty naughty and all that. That said, I'm sure this was just a mistake by Adrian, we all make them at times (even me!).
  16. So you did actually try and charge him for returning the item?
  17. I think most developed nations in general have
  18. Dude, it's a modern Jap car, not a 1920s Italian thing. Just drive it normally, it won't disintegrate if you look at it too hard
  19. Good, no-one in the public likes him after the Education Secretary fiasco, he's best kept away from the limelight.
  20. Have you not owned a car before mate?! Seriously, it'll be fine. Park it outside, inside, next to a wall, under a bridge, near some pikeys, it'll make no difference. Okay, so don't park next to the pikeys. I'd be more concerned about damage from other users than anything else, so sticking it next to a wall (any wall) is better than having two cars park either side, possibly opening their doors into yours. You don't need a cover, unless you intend to properly wash it after you've parked up. All you'll do it capture the dirt and dust on the car and the cover will scratch it into the paintwork.
  21. Did you see Larry having a pop at the black cat the other day?! Also, worth following @DiploMog on Twitter for the account of the official Foreign Office cat, Palmerston. The US use @DiploMutt for their version, which is funnily enough a dog.
