  1. Depending on tyre, up to 500 miles average driving.
  2. I don't have to zoom in at all, must be your eyesight
  3. Turn engine on. Turn heater on full. Wait. Job's a carrot.
  4. Unless your insurer demands one I wouldn't bother. Used to have one on my old car, won't bother again though.
  5. Too heavy, wrong price range, looks like a Celica And I'm a huge Lotus fan.
  6. I'd be kicking a nice big lump out of their door unless a) it's already a complete shed and the extra dent won't make any difference, or they're much bigger than me. Simple as that, and I wouldn't give a damn if it was a woman or an old person.
  7. Sounds like a pretty good buy to me, where was that?
  8. As far as the transmission whine goes, that's normal in a car of that year. My brother's HR car makes significantly more noise in that area than my DE one does.
  9. *removes Mod hat* Which no-one has actually done so far, so I'm guessing they have more morals than you do at this point. Your behaviour and attitude to this whole situation has been disgusting from start to finish, and I cannot believe you are seriously even trying to argue your corner on this.
  10. Slave and/or master cylinder I'd say. Roughly £90 each from your local Nissan dealer + few hours labour to fit (bleeding the clutch fluid is what takes the most time). Worth contacting Zmanalex about the parts too
  11. Is the top edge of the vent not supposed to be parallel with the top edge of the bumper, or is it just the light misleading in those photos? Looks like the top-right corner is closer to the bumper edge than the top-left IYSWIM.
  12. Can't see it being that hard, just need to remove the switch and extend the wires. That said, it's not something I'd ever be tempted to do, even if it would make putting the top down a lot easier and without fear of a soaking if you're putting the roof back up and get a bit ham-fisted with the buttons...
  13. By asking for and getting people to post up videos of said actions, and then by saying that they're awesome is encouraging it. As Tarmac said, the last thread here didn't end too well and as such I'm taking the decision to lock this before it can get out of hand. As has been said, there's plenty of videos around if you search in the right places for them, however driving like a complete muppet on public roads and filming it isn't something we particularly want to be seen encouraging here.
  14. If you learn to defecate in the perfect teardrop shape by careful contraction of the sphincter muscles combined with digesting the correct foods to maintain a solid shape during descent, I reckon 70mph is about right. IANAS
  15. Some companies do take the training into account: Mine does anyway (Richard Egger, now REIS).

Club MSV are one of the best and most professional outfits I've ever tracked with, you won't have any trouble there at all.
  17. Welding/engineering shops often carry stocks of loads of gasses, at least the one I know of does. Worth a shot anyway.
  18. I can't speak for you, but I'm currently looking at houses myself and my must-haves are a double garage, detached and a minimum of 4 bedrooms. Everything else I'm flexible on really.
  19. Working in a busy international airport, I can confirm that 99% of people who walk the revolving doors to get on a flight are absolute f*ckwits of the highest order.
  20. It's user-set, not factory set No. 95% of all dyno plots will have them intersect at 5252rpm.
