  1. My mate tim does some directing and has recently had the pleasure of going to oz to shoot an advert.. http://timdirector.com/showreel/audi_r82 Enjoy!
  2. Nice one mate, plenum and cai tube look great IMO I would have gone for a different colour on the strut in perhaps black to break up the blue, but looks cool. Blue samcos would look good too
  3. I remember it not being a nice moment the first time my g/f drove mine on her own.... Its when she wheel span away that the old claker valve started pumping!! I now simply go with the terms of "you break it you pay for it"! and after all its just a car and repairable! She just wont have the cash to spend on shoes and handbags!
  4. I will follow suit then old bean!! As I have about 3 bottles of the stuff!! Are you leaving it for the full time to set or does the EGP set quicker than it say on the tin? Oh and on the Tyre Shine, have found the AG one in a can and the Megs Super Endurance Gel ones are both pretty good for for staying on the tyre... The other ones wernt good but I havnt tried that many! The muckoff applicators help with not getting it all over the place too! Know what you mean though on getting it in the arches...
  5. Just a little note for a trader on here, Andy Kudos can now do all the dodo juice products
  6. Nice work Ho I would be happy to clean others cars as I love doing it myself! Just on the clay with the QD for lube, I was doing this until dcash pointed out clean soapy water is fine, its just a way for megs to get rid of more product!! And as its a bit of paid work on the side, every penny counts AG HD gives some great results... On the EGP was never sure if I should put it on before or after the waX... now I know! Also those new little AG mits are pretty cool (you can wet them for the HD applicator) and the microbuffer does a great job and easy to wash out afterwards!
  7. You could wear that as a hat!!! Or it could be turned into a rather amusing Merkin!! Nice buckets, reminds me, need to order that snowfoam lance!
  8. you on the hunt for another Zed then Jay? Congrats Phil and Dave Z Boy is Francis not Jay. Lol!! I was thinking that too!! Francis... Last time I saw you you had a R-33... MR-2 turbo?!?!?! Cant make your mind up?!?
  9. Shame you cant stop off in Sri Lanka on the way... Sygaria rock is a site to behold. Got to do Japan on the way? (You could pay for your trip by sourcing some rare Zed parts!!) HK great place, not sure if it desirves a week... San Fran is brilliant, loved the place... Its worth driving then to LV and seeing the canyon etc and then hopping on a flight to NY I know it seems a weird one, but you could consider hitching a lift on one of the freight ships between a couple of your locations, good way of seeing a few ports and things not on the public trail. Ships are tres comfertable and you wont be asked to be the cabin boy for the trip... Just somethign to add to the experience if you have the time?
  10. Seriously, go see John and have a chat. A few of us have used him in the past and he is very througher and his paint work is top quality Always worth a chat and getting a quote... Dcash is in your area and am sure he wouldnt mind showing you Johns handywork!...
  11. After trying to fit a sunscreen for a sponsor on mine I would say its a pain in the butt! I think you spray with a soapy solution and then float the wrap over the top and then squeegy out the bubbles with a plastic card and a sponge. I would say for a better finnish it may be worth going to a wrap company or going to see John at JP in cranleigh (just down the road) to get it painted... its not much more and he does a cracking job
  12. serious forum?!? where? Dont think anyone in here needs to get a life, we all have one! Everyone is happy to have a debate and your opinion counts but you seem to be stuck up on one thing.. And you bought it up to start with1!
  13. I know you didnt mate and agree its each to their own... £150 is a very good price for your zorst considering the guys time to put it together and the materials. I think when I looked it was around £300 for y-pipe back so you got a good deal. At the end of the day, its your car so you mod and do it how you want and for yourself. And the same goes for other owners and their choices!
  14. Very nice mate, like how they look
  15. I think if the guy that was making your zorst out of titanium then it would have cost a bit more than £150 craig...
  16. ohh well, ill get the pics up. Ive noticed that zorst prices range a great deal but theres no way i would pay £1700 quid for a 2nd hand system which some folk are advertising. Theres no way these cars should cost a bomb. I personally think theres to many dreamers about at present. craig Why shouldn't these cars be expensive? Just because they are £10k doesn't mean prices drop with them The exhaust that is for sale at the moment is good value compared to the new price. There are too many dreamers but the dreamers are those that think they have a cheap car to run & mod. You buy cheap you buy twice. Simples +1
  17. Lol!!!! I certainly got the gist! I didnt know that was physically possible though!
  18. Saw this at Goodwood the other week and looked very nice! Reminds me, must sort out the 600 pics I took at goodwood!!!
  19. you will have to alter the loom or alter the clip as they are differnt, cant remember which! Not OEM either as BM pointed out. Quicker, Easier and more piece of mind to buy off Alex for what will probably end up being an extra £30... £22 is pretty cheap for p+p from the states though!
  20. Bring back the birch.... and national service.... Shocking
  21. Bugger mate... not good, sorry I cant help but just posting up to say am feeling your pain mate... Hope all gets sorted and you get back to enjoying the car
  22. Then it'll not be genuine Nismo It'll be unique! Most certainly would be! But shock horror it would be "fake" Do it James, it will look excellent You are right chris, you learn quick! Here you go James, The only one I could find big enough for you to change the colours on is this one James http://www.seriouswheels.com/pics-2004/ ... 0x1200.jpg But to be honest, by the time you have tried to work out the colours then you may as well have just gone for the original! $161 for the original ones and comes with everything you need for fitting, like a locator guide and the bonnet sticker if you want to use it.
  23. Then it'll not be genuine Nismo It'll be unique! Most certainly would be!
  24. Put on the blades then. I've had them for 2 years or something with no need to change the arms. Oh and the 370 I drove today had a rear wiper. Yeh, they were debating for the UK car, the original one I saw didnt, but couldnt remember what they decided And as Stew says, retro fit works!
