Also where does it start? at the very bottom and off the gauge or on the gauge at the bottom? They have been known to stick... Also does it continue to climb?
-
Pics of where it was attached? Oh and use photobucket for pics and just post the image code! use [ i m g ] then insert the html link that normally ends with .jpg [ / i m g ] obviously no spaces!! Your pics are also too big... seems like there is a limit of 1024 hight and width on here.. Just resize the pics to 800x500 or 500x800 if they are portraits!

...after a most enjoyable morning exploring the Z's appetite for donuts (considerable) at a practice day for the OPT Drift Club ...I watched the speedo climb from 110 to 140 with real vigour, then slowly edge up to 150 and finally to just over 155 ...as we lapped Millbrook's banked bowl at a true 151mph. No, its been treated like a little kitten if he only got to 151 then he did treat it like a kitten!!!!
-
Yep, I get plenty of those!! I do need to take mine all off and check the internal sizes though as I think I have some differences!
-
Nope, not engine out, there just a PITA to get the bolts out!! a couple of the bolts are very hard to get too! You also need to make sure that the flanges and internal tube sizes are the same or the fitters may have to do some modifications... No use gettting 2.5" manifolds if your cats are 2.75 and then the y is 3 and then the zorst is 2.75"!! I think you need to try and get the same all the way through and 3" IIRC is well worth ging for from manifold ends to zorst tip... If its not, please feel free to correct me!
-
A few options and prices on the manifolds... But fitting aint gonna change unfortunatly!! Also need to find a central place for fitting I think!! Am sure Envy could sort out cat prices but then its the case of doing a deal with a few places to fit! Am sure Abbey have fitted a few, they are based south so if your based up north you may have to travel!

Oh and another thing... I have a JL 10" in the stock location but I dont have a MDF ring that I need to do at some point... I just dynamatted around the sub bracket and some of the wholes and then stuffed the rest of the hole with inflammable loft insulation!! Works fine for now till I work out how to finish my install!
-
Nope you mount it so the sub faces up and you dont get so much of the thump in your back!!! Does this help?

Reversing sensors - warranty issue - help please
3FIDDYZ replied to Ebized's topic in Warranty Issues
Sorry to say mate but that dosnt look like mine... I can have another look though just to make sure tomorrow evening.. You had the bumper off? They can easily become detached, and also can get water damage as they dont look sealed. Very weird that the sensor is working but the unit isnt, I take it they moved the non working sensor wire plug to on that was working and it went ping? -
Should only rasp if its thin piped!! I know where there is a spare set to give it a go!! GT4 Zed, go FI, you will save your self a small fortune on that lot of parts!! And then the fitting ETC!! I think one of the only people that went that way in the UK, that has posted on the forums (not this one I might add) is Giles and there is info on his build available including costs and he didnt get near 350whp.... His was built to race spec by RJN, but I dont think he went with the stroker.. Stroker kit increases the engine displacement so can take it up to 4.2 from a 3.5.. Other kit is needed when you fit them! More info here http://www.350z-tech.com/zwiki/Part:Stroker_Kits Ian, dont you knows it.... One day!!

Mine took about 4 - 5 hours to do. Point is with the 350 manifolds they are all different sizes I am led to understand and the AM ones are all equal sized giving better flow. Car is now deeper in noise, one thing to remember is to get them them heatsheilded as the AM ones do give off loads more heat to the engine bay... I am thinking about putting some decats on just for a trial now... and maybe removing the single box after the y just leaving the 2 at the ends...

lots fitted in the US, A few here. recaro and bride subframes available. Easier to get than the sliding ones I think.

Something that Shar peis dont really suffer from as they are one of the only breads that have been around for hundreds of years and as such unchanged. Apart from they were almost wiped out by the chinese communists when there was a ruling and tax based on the number of dogs... Certain traits are looked for when breading but not required... They are still seen as a type of utility dog so they have their traits for a reason... back in days of old they were seen as a working dog that had many uses, guarding, cattle hearding (its the reason they have folds in their skin so if trodden on they dont get their bones crushed). But because of some of the traits they were used by chinese royality for fighting... And are seen that way now... but this, as a lot of dogs, is down to how they are trained and bought up by their owners... But I have to agree with you on the selective breading of other dogs, alsations with sunken gaits, spaniels with sculls too small for their brains, ridgebacks with a form of spina biffida.... I watched that BBC prog with great sadness and couldnt understand why the breaders couldnt see the wrong in what they were doing... Also a very good friend is the Health and Breeder Services Manager at the KC... he says the KC are trying to make changes but the breaders arnt interested...

Great dogs, loyal but need a firm hand to start with (but they dont always listen and can be stuborn... did someone way dogs are like their owners!!!) But, they are not cheap dogs to run.... I would say we have been lucky, hes only had plastic surgury twice (at a cost of 4k.... Because we got some eye drop from the vets when we first got him, the pet insurance wouldnt pay out when he needed his 1st eye lift....) Skin has been very healthy but is quite amusing when he looks moth eaten when he blows his coat once or twice a year... And he get swollen hock, a swelling of the lower 1/2 of his back legs, knocks him out for a few days, raging temperature, sickness etc, but we know what causes it (long walks and too longer rides in a warm car) so we dont do it. If it comes along for another reason then a couple or piriton and a few asprins over a day soon sort him out and he is back to his bounding self!! But like my Zed, I would recommend one to anyone!! Thinking about getting another one (dog!!) as i couldnt deal with not having one around if and when he goes... Just hope the next one will be as lucky (and a bit more friendly to strangers!!)

Answer from one of the guys that I thought did it , just waiting for one of the others to come back to me! "Hmm, I don't do much with backup personally, but Backup Exec should do the job but I have no idea on cost. You can export and import virtual machines in hyper-v, quick google for "hyper-v import virtual machine" reveals lots of help such as http://blogs.msdn.com/virtual_pc_guy/ar ... art-1.aspx As an interim (if he has enough space on the servers) it may be possible to periodically export from one server to the other so that the files are available in case of a physical server failure."
