looks an unmolested example, plenty of scope for mods if the bolster is not damaged it may just need treating and a dye

Ewen at Clark Motorsport commented on the first page or so in this thread I think it was that it is important that you rinse the gun out afterwards by putting some clean water through it after use each time to help stop the filter clogging/blocking. Maybe this is your problem. This might help you if you are having problems as this thread link shows you how to totally disassemble the guns in order to clean/repair when necessary.
