I'm just getting back into a Z after nearly a year without one, i had considered another RX7 again but prefer the reliability of the Nissan Welcome and the description of your car sounds good!!

I'd forgotten what a friendly forum this is! The chap I sold it to has made a few improvements such as rear tints and 4 new tyres so that's a bonus eh. He's done very few miles as he works abroad for most of the year so it's been dry stored for most of the year. I spent a few thousand on it before I sold it fitting Brembo brakes, new exhaust, new brake lines, new leather re-trim, K&N filter and a few other bits so I'll just enjoy it this time!! Dave.

No, i did have some paintwork done around 15 months ago if that's what you mean but it came in white from new. I had the bonnet and bumper done and the roof re-painted in black

Just about to get my old JDM Pearl White Fairlady back!! I had to sell it straight after Japfest 2012 as i was building my new house. That's all built now and i've just been offered it back as a part exchange against a Discovery 3 i'm selling so i'm quite excited to get back behind the wheel I'll post up some pictures when she arrives back with me, i'm also looking for a stand pass for this coming Japfest if any are going begging!! Well speaking as a trader if i value a car with tax etc and then it comes in with no tax, wheels, changed or stereo changed removed i give the customer 2 options........put it all back or go elsewhere!!

Your main issue is getting the indicator to flash orange, my lights are all red (from memory as i haven't used it for weeks!). That part overcome it shouldn't be a hard job to drill a new hole for a bulb holder then extend the wiring Dave.

I don't think £7k is achievable, I'd say around the £5k area in the current market. It does look a nice car now though so try it at say mid sixes and see what happens

Yes that is Rik's car so the statement of "full veilside wide arch kit (not a cheap copy)" is total crap, I also was believed that it was either a cat d or cat c write off but I may be wrong on that part. That is 100% Riks old car, it was bumped (I know as Rik told me) and it's also a copy kit I could have bought it maybe as long as 2 years ago for around £14k so it does seem a tad overpriced in my eyes Dave.

Both suspension legs are missing............this looks to have gone over a Kerb at considerable speed, I doubt it'll ever drive properly again

Where are you based? I use a company called Celtic Windscreens (obviously based in Wales) for a 350z screen a few years back and it was only around £400 then so wouldn't be any more now. Dave.

Sounds very much like a loose plug or poor connection at the back of your speedo head. It's quite easy to remove and check, my work shop is in Blackwood, South Wales if you are ever around my area? I'll have a look at it for free if you are Dave.

I'll get a picture up later on if needed guys? It belongs to the owner of the company based next to my workshop, it is the ultimate plate for 370z owners and is not mis-spaced, it reads '370 GT'. I know he's looking for several thousand pounds for it so it's not cheap, if anyone is interested i'll PM them his number. As i said it doesn't belong to me personally but as i know it's going up for sale at around £8k i thought i'd mention it on here Dave.

Great video!!!! You've got 2 of my old Honda NSX in there as well!!!!!!! The first is at 0.45 seconds, a Pearl White (wrapped, was silver) supercharged NSX that i sold last year and then at 2.27 is my K20 NSX that i sold around 2 years ago many happy memories of each!!!!! Dave.

My HPI account will give me the VIN and every other detail with just the registration number, i wouldn't worry about giving out the VIN as a decent car ringer, cloner etc can just as easily obtain this. Don't forget, most cars have this in the windscreen now Dave.
