    2002 350z

Are you a dealer? Pics? Kahns and ne tyres for a grand??? Yes, i run my own independant car biz which is a pretty big part of my life........thankfully i enjoy it!! I bought the Z for myself but i've got to get my left knee sorted very soon so i'm using my X5 as she's a tiptronic model. I got the 19" Kahns (ex display) and brand new Avon tyres for £1020 which i thought was an awsome deal, i also got a set of 22's plus new tyres for the X5 for only £1150 so i did quite well on the deal!! I even got a VAT receipt so i can claim that back as well . Car will be for sale from the weekend, if anyone wants the wheels separately they'll be available at cost if not required by the purchaser of the Z. Dave.

I've got a 6 speed manual JDM 350z, genuine 25k miles with mileage cert, in silver with no accident damage / paint and with a new mot plus 6 months tax plus 6 months parts & labour warranty for £14295. Can upgrade wheels to a set of 19" Kahns with brand new tyres for an extra grand. Give me a call on 07810 098199 if of interest to you. Dave.

    jdm import

Most decent dealers would hold a car for a few hours if you are travelling a fair distance to view it. Probably a good idea to call them and tell them you are on the way and give them an eta. The dealers you are looking at are decent guys IMO, i used to see a lot of their cars down at Avonmouth SVA test station and they always had nice looking cars. Dave.
  5. Christ.......i thought i loved my job.........but then, i had lots of friends at school Dave.
  6. I had an email from this t0sser after putting a bid on this 350z, he told me he's "currently living in Spain" and would ship the car over for free (how nice of him) after i'd paid in full. I won't post up the reply i sent him but i'm sure it'll anoy him a little!! Why can't people just work for a living instead of stealing from unsuspecting people!! Dave. ps. Liam, i could watch that dancing lady all day!!
  7. Many thanks for that, will do my best! Dave.
  8. "Got the car empty and took 68 litres to fill her although the mechanic was good to swap the battery over as it failed to start even after charging." Don't pay for a full tank of fuel for the SVA test, have a look back at my previous reply. They've used wieghts and not fuel for the test, give me a call on 07810 098199 if you want me to explain this procedure for your case of not paying. I am a trader and have done a few hundred SVA's for my own cars so it's not just a chinese whisper. Dave.
  9. Hi guys, Really sorry for the late reply for the kind offer of joining you all. Unfortunately my sister in law passed away last week and i was at the funeral all day yesterday taking care of my good lady so have only just got back to my computer. If she's ok tomorrow i'll certainly do my best to join you all but i won't promise as i hate letting people down if i can help it. Where are you all meeting? Dave.

    Tyres

There's a guy on ebay under the name leightyres who sells 275/35/18 Toyos for £100 each, that sounds pretty good to me! He has most sizes on his ad so defo worth a look! Dave.
  11. Probably yet another scam, i bid 9 million quid ona Porsche Turbo a week or so ago thinking just another scam. Panicked a little when the ad didn't get pulled and ran it's course! It landed on me at £21k so i thought i'll buy it in as stock but the seller wanted paying by paypal.........b*llox to that!! There are soooo many people getting scammed but it's only down to peoples greed thinking that they are getting a bargain in a lifetime Too good to be true??? Then it probably is!! Dave.
  12. Most SVA prep people (including myself) won't actually use a full tank of fuel for the test but use weights instead. You fill in a form beforehand, do a simple calculation of the amount of ltrs of fuel needed and take in the proof that you have used the correct amount of weights. This saves a fortune but some prep people will charge the customer for fule they never bought.......just something to be aware of. The next point is that cat 1 security costs no more than £240 for say a Toad or Sigma Cat 1 alarm/immobiliser fitted by a VSIB fitter.......why do they need to make an extra £60 on you i'd ask. Finally, i'm getting offered 350's for around £13k fully registered and on the road and with warranted miles and NO accident grade. These are JDM's but there are plenty of sub £14k UK higher mile cars available if yo look hard enough. Dave.
  13. Hi Trev, about an hour or so away in a town called Bargoed near the Pot Noodle mine isn't it!! I'm down in Rhoose near Barry tomorrow collecting an MR2 Turbo, hopefully it's a good un!! Andy, my appologies for admiring your good lady......damn fine pictures all the same . Dave.
  14. Hi guys!! Many thanks for the welcome .....Andy..can you send those ladies in the pics down to Wales to personally greet me?? I've seen a few turbo kits advertised but i'll keep looking around this site first to see what works well. I've just bought a set of 19" Khan's for her and i've been looking at exhausts and induction systems......being a trader this is really not like me ........these are superb cars!!! Dave.
  15. Cheers matey, will have a look. Dave.
  16. Just thought i'd say hello! I live in South Wales (someone has to!) and run my own small, but rather busy, import company so i'm lucky enough to run around in some mad cars. Just bought another 350z and decided to keep this for myself as i sold my last one and regretted it ever since.........not too clever for a trader i agree but i'm happy again now Has anyone turbo'd or supercharged their 350 recently? Even though i love the drive i do miss the 'turbo experience'. Insurance, luckily, is not a problem but to my biz cover. Anyway, enough of me boring you all, i'm going to spend an hour reading this excellent looking site!! Dave.
