Most new car's engines are bedded in from delivery nowerdays. Having seen new 370's coming off the production line and started for the first time, I wouldn't worry too much about running it in. It has already been done for you. I would do an oil and filter change after 1500 miles though.

The clutches on our Zeds coupled with the Renault gearbox was not one of engineering history's greatest moments

Controversial but I like it! Don't know what you mean. I'll bring my coffee maker to keyser's BBQ on Monday. Maybe he could fit a mute button Not sure if that's possible?! Mine has a "cleaning" button but it keeps malfunctioning. Give it a good slap. That usually does the job........the coffee machine that is Why am I up at this ungodly hour??
