I have a friend who damaged one of her Rays and ended up getting a new complete set of something else instead. Her car is a 2008. I will ask her if she's still go her wheels - it's worth a try. Where are you based?

I'm just as bad - I have the exact same brochure up in my loft! Along with all the boxes for stuff I buy that I'm convinced I still need, phones, speakers, hairdryers......you name it. I have also got huge box full of die cast supercars all still boxed. It's time for a sort out I think!

Most of my reading material would be no good to you as it's all thriller, murder type stuff but I was once recommended the most bizarre series of books that I thought sounded like a load of rubbish which I actually couldn't put down - not my usual thing at all, called Clan of the Cave Bear. Google it, you never know you might like it! I also started reading the books that Game of Thrones is based on and that was good as well, but I did understand it a bit more having seen the series!

The difference is the amount of storage. 64gb in the 6 and only 16gb in the 6S

I am just deciding whether to get a 6 or 6s. However, to put this into context, I'm not the type that needs the 'latest' phone, if I was I'd wait for the iPhone 99! I am still using an iPhone 4 and wouldn't bother changing if I had one with a bigger memory but it's now become less compatible with my more up to date ipad and I have no storage left - particularly as I use it for spotify in the car. I can get a 64gb iphone 6 or a 16gb iphone 6s for the same monthly fee. I don't want to pay extra for a bigger iphone 6s. I'm not bothered about taking videos either which I understand is a big upgrade. Is there really a great deal of difference? Would appreciate advice.

Mine has an aftermarket alarm as it's an import so not sure if the same but I have a sensor at each side of the windscreen. Perhaps you could try sticking some tape over them and see what happens! I assume your alarm would still work in terms of bumps and the doors etc. However, I am the sort of woman that puts screws in with a knife instead of a screw driver so take my advice with caution!

People have been known to change the bonnet anyway - either way it's a great car but if a premium was paid for it being something it's not then quite rightly you'd be mad.

I had exactly the same issue - as daft as the spider comments sound, t was a daddy long legs floating around in the car at night - although I haven't seen many of those about lately it could be something similar. It just floated out one morning when I was getting in the car and all was fine again!

You saddos will probably be the ones in Tesco cramming around the crappy red roses and cards like Wilderbeast around a watering hole the night before...........

I'm now in my ninth year too! Had about 3k on it when I got it and I got it up to 80k as a daily driver. It's now only brought out on dry days and is on trickle charge in the garage. It's been kept immaculate and will always be worth more to me than what it's technically worth in money so I will just keep it forever now probably! Never had any other car as long or kept one as a 'pet' either!
