yeah, you're right, I'm with Bell (thought it was budget, oh well it's got a B in it!) and they had quite a large interest rate for monthly payments. It was cheaper to bang it on my 0% credit card and set up a monthly standing order to the card.

yep, thanks Trev. Got my new tyres fitted this morning - took bloody ages and the owner of the place I went was very friendly! Going for the laser alignment somewhere else later but already the road noise has gone and all I can hear is the lovely growl!

someone at work today said this was the best film they'd ever seen - can't believe it of a batman film but you never know. If I can persuade anyone to come with me and sit still for 2 and a half hours I might give it a go.

I know some places will actually do the check for free but I think the cost varies depending on the adjustments. The place I phoned said they would check it for free and then quote me on adjustments. I had no idea so I just did a google search on laser alignment and that's where I got those prices from. Hope you're right!

Has anyone had the 4 wheel laser alignment done and how much did it cost? My guess from googling is approx £80? Is this worth doing and how does it differ from whatever they normally do when you take it to have the tracking checked?
