am i being dumb but I don't really see why you'd wrap your car in vinyl like that. Is the idea to actually change the colour rather than have a respray? It can't be to protect if from stone chips as basically you're stuck with it like that so whats the point in protecting the black car underneath that nobody will ever see. You can't exactly peel it off and stick it back on again on a whim?

wonder how this affects domestic oil charges? In February it cost me just over £400 for a thousand litres and then last time it cost £550 which is a massive increase. I was hoping when I moved house and changed from the hideously expensive LPG that oil would be better but its about the same now.

No, someone bet me at work today that I couldn't find anyone dumb enough to put vinegar in their washing machine so I'm concentrating on that one at the moment.

You're meant to use white (clear like water) vinegar for household stuff but I would imagine malt (brown) vinegar would probably still work - then again it could react with the fuel and blow up - who knows? If i had the choice I would rather have a bloke that smelt of oil than the chip shop though...........

probably vinegar! You did use distilled didn't you?
