    GT-R Spec-V

Nice, The wieght loss should make a good deal of difference.
  2. Trust us,, this is one of the best films this year, and certainly on a par with the first 2 batmans if not better... Heath is brilliant
  3. Welcome buddy! Stubby is the way to go
  4. nice one rob!! Congrats buddy
  5. Gutted for you mate, but people will let you down unfortunately. I think your works top notch and you really really should be charging its that good, even if its a small amount. I do like the idea of the deposit though while you build up your portfolio. Keep your head up
  6. Just thought id mention that the meets are on going, went to the last one and pretty much the whole car park was full. Pretty sure i saw a member off here there too.
  7. I saw 155 on the clock of my jdm. and it felt it had more
  8. i had nissan change my gearbox oil and it made my gearbox worse. i never had any problems with 1st -2nd until the oil was changed..
  9. cracking race... some real gutsy driving. Listening to lewis's car downshift when he was outbraking massa was unbelievable.
  10. absolutely mint racing. F1 earlier and then this!! Some real commited driving/riding.. Rossi and Stoner nearly went into the gravel a few times...
  11. Dont worry about the EBC's Jim ..I have them fitted for 18 months now and done a Silverstone session as well..no probs at all.. very impressed with them..also less dust than the OEM items..I certainly would fit them again (in fact I have a set ready on the shelf to go in for next time ) +1 Dont worry, Redstuff ARE better than OEM. Greenstuff Aren't and there jus not suited to the Zed due to its power and weight. Redstuff are a good road/fast road pad especially considering the price. I had them on my Zed and currently use them on the rear of my current car.
  12. nice one Martin.. so does that mean your going to meet other like minded people at one of the meets then nixy??
  13. The pictures clearly show the pad has been overheated beyond its operating temperature. Greenstuff aren't meant for track. and this is why.. Redstuff for road use, and yellow/bluestuff for track, but even then id only say there pads are ok. Theres much better pads out there.
  14. Sorry i missed this Charlie, Hardly get to come on here anymore..sob. Hope you had a good one anyway!! 21 haha!!
  15. Good luck kev, shame i never got to see it in the flesh. Looks stunning!
  16. guess where i went last night? Rasberry and maple syrup yummm
  17. id say thats about right except coolant temps run abit lower. But remember that your only taking your time warming up so that the engine and oil is upto temp, reducing wear on your engine. So really you want to be monitoring your oil temp however saying the guages dont show oil temp then watching your water and oil pressure is a good indication.
  18. Hi Mate, I have ROTA's on my DC2. Their's alot of talk about them being replica wheels and because of that there rubbish. Hardly anyone mentions the fact that they are used as OEM wheels for toyota, nissan and subaru etc.. and therefore go through more rigorous testing than most aftermarket wheels. They are also Light AND strong. With my Rota's weighing around 5.1kg's each (15"). Julian at Rarerims is one of the main supplier's of ROTA's in the UK. I have used him on a few occasions and his service is outstanding!
  19. From my knowledge, Zeals are a very good Coilover although more track orientated. That kit does seem liek a basic coilover kit though. If your suspension is worn and at that price, maybe worth a shot. Dont forget that you may need camber arms to bring the camber back in line.

    Val!

i cant do smileys .. but im laughing at Sarnie's comment. Looks the same as it did the last time i saw it. Couldnt see any intercooler in the bumper, but i could have missed it..
  21. I would say at LEAST 10mins of driving before its anywhere near temp. 15-20minutes before your upto normal operating temps depending on driving. Oil temp should be around the 80-100 degree mark again depending on what type of driving your doing.

    Val!

Val on the M6 coming off at J20.
  23. I personally think that oil would not really be suitable for the Zed, unless your tracking it then you wouldnt benefit from the higher temps the oil can take. Something like a 10W40 would be more suitable in my eyes. I personally use the Silkolene Pro S as its one of if not the best oil you can get. Again i also get mine from Opie oils.
  24. As you'll probably know alot of discs crack but saying you have'nt given them much abuse thats pretty shocking. I'd definately swap over to some decent disc/pad combo. Im guessing you dont rate the calipers either?
