  1. I looked at accords but i actually found it hard to source a decent one. Stripped with a few mods there pretty quick. I would still plumb for the ITR though. EG6 has the same chassis as the integra so all the bits are interchangelable but lacking in power unless you can find one like my friends with an engine swap. 2.2 preludes are meant to be good on track too but still i still think their inferior to the integra. Stick with Teg mate. Have you been on the ITR forum? Theres a half decent white one on there with buddyclub wheels. UK car 79k miles ... 5495ono. Oh and a black jdm one with similar mileage for 5200. has a few choice mods too and buddyclub wheels also..
  2. but less reliable or at least thats from my experience and the general concensus
  3. I wish it was me, i love those wheels but sadly they wont fit on the teg.. some other chris.. Mmmmmmm...
  4. At donny I was lapping around the 1:30 - 1:32 mark in my DC5. Not sure if thats quick or slow. Was really fun though. Id imagine the DC2 to be a tad slower on track but probably more fun. You really need to work the DC2 to get the most out of it, its alot more adjustable on the limit but i dont think that makes it any faster. I didnt have too much trouble with a Boxster-S recently though so you never know. Just got me a GRP/Kevlar Corbeau Sprint seat. My mods list has now changed as per martins advice
  5. Good one. The standard suspension IS very good so if your going to upgrade get something decent. my mods: Lighter wheels with wider tyres 282 calipers (same as UK spec) Discs and Ferodo DS2500 pads from Bigphil Uprated ARB's Momo Steering wheel NGK leads and uprated plugs Mugen Manifold Mugen Exhaust Mugen replica carbon intake Cusco Brake stopper Goodridge Stainless brake lines Motul brake fluid (bigphil) Backyard special front upper brace Spoon rear upper brake Mugen rear trailing arm bushes Some other bits and bobs that are cosmetic. but im soon to get some more under braces and suspension if i can save My advice to you is to not concentrate on power as unless you go FI (which isnt reliable going off experience of others) you wont get any big gains and just concentrate on your brakes and suspension. Standard intake IS the best you can get for the integra, just get a spoon drop in filter. depending on what cash your throwing at it... if small amount of cash: then upgraded discs and pads (best you can afford, jap brands seem good for the integra's) spoon drop in upgraded spring/shock combo (standard units are supposedly past there best at 30k and worth replacing after 50k) If your spending abit more then : Endless calipers with uprated disc/pad combo Ohlins/Zeal or some such coilovers TODA manifold Spoon n1 with bung or Mugen exhaust (for noise regulations) Also a good set of tyres go along way. A048's are meant to be good on track.

    Old car

As most know i love my honda's but i can only agree on the above, i like the styling personally. I like the dash but i agree with chris that it could date easily, especially with all the plastics. Power should have been up'd like the JDM version was. Its abit of a let down to be branded a Type-R. A missed opportunity i think, but still a good car overall. My best mate still owns one Did you not get the type-r mats?
  7. Forza Motorsport 2 is pretty good.
  8. Did you get one for your birthday Well ive just ordered another 2 sets of pads from the website. £8.50 delivered.. I tried it on my sisters van and it dirtied the first pad i tried within a minute it was soo bad. You may have to do your van in stages if its anything like my sisters. Her bonnet looks great now though
  9. I'll show you how to REALLY drive Sarnie, non of this fancy cruising malarky with fiddy cent.
  10. +1 i think there telling porky's. If i where you id go to one of the suppliers on here as suggested by Martin. There much more knowledgable than your micra mechanic and offer better prices too.
  11. Bear in mind it'll still look like a pram with the top up. About right for Sarnie then..
  12. im into my white cars and it does look good but im being drawn to the convertable. it just looks that bit different...

    My GT4

Im not so sure on it, them 350z's arent much to brag about. The black is hideous and the paint fades shortly after the warranty has run out... did you get a warranty with your dealer? might be worth seeing if he'd take it back and swap it for a TT or something good....
  19. +1 be good to find out where he got it from
