sorry for being off topic but did you get 274bhpp on a dyno recently? No mate ive only had 2 dyno's done at dyno demon on a dynodynamics and they were 281bhp and 286.9bhp. why?? Im going there soon and noticed it on there website??

I never had any problems with a 330d especially round the twisties. Just comes down to skill when performance is similar. Get some tuition or do some tracktime you'll love it and learn alot at the same time. 2-3 missed changes is quite a lot for a short stretch. You live and learn i guess.

Yes your right power will be achieved between 12.5 - 13.3:1 but the standard map isnt trying to acheive maximum power. Its a standard Nissan map that has to be able to run in all conditions and be able to cope with extremes in weather, different quality/octane fuel etc.. plus at peak it will run rich as a saftey feature? Saying that the map does look slighty rich. altheo45 - replacing the filter wouldnt have any adverse affects. Has anyone else got a standard AFR map to compare?

I like the N1 i nearly swapped my mugen for one. But as im tracking it i didnt fancy popping the bung in and losing most of the noise so ive stuck with the mugen. Just thinking, my mates civic with the integra engine in it, is bored of it now. If your interested i could ask him if he would sell it. Its in VERY good condition, he did a interior dash swap and engine swap himself and has NO wires showing in the engine bay. Has Mitsubishi evo recaro's in it amd it made 197bhp on the rollers with the standard map. Uprated brakes and suspension too with white Braid wheels... just a thought.

If its the new one, i would of imagined it would be just as quick if not quicker. I like them too, but personally id go for the S3. Its a golf at the end of the day so it should be pretty practical and comfortable.
