If she never pays any bills and you charge her rent as opposed to her paying part of the mortgage then common law doesn’t apply. Not that you’d do that Louis.
I would but I’m a bollox and pre-nup isn’t legal here.

He didnt witness it, he heard a bang, he didnt see the collision.
He said there was no skidding or braking. If he can state that information to us then he is a reliable witness. To witness an accident is to be aware of one taking place around you. It doesn't matter if he didn't see the actual impact. The point I was making is in providing assistance.
Should always stop if you witness an accident. Could of been a number of people injured and taxi driver could of been on his own. Even if you've no medical training you could be of assistance to emergency services over the phone or just talking to the occupants.

Quite a few here. No offence but I've always seen these as the next step up for boys racers in their dodgy body kit barely hanging on civics.
They do have nice styling though so if Honda did sell them here they'd sell in large numbers.
Type of car I'd tell my mother to buy next if it were available. She'll probably get the new civic instead.

I’m now in the same boat. In fact I think mine is sinking. I got a call today from dealer saying Nissan IE will not supply the cradle to me. He said they have some older cradles in stock with no part numbers but would require cash up front before shipping to the dealer and no refund. The no refund part means nothing to me as its against the law so I don’t really care. The thing that gets me is this:
If you order a 350z in Ireland and tick the box for the phone option you will not receive a cradle in the arm rest. Instead they will fit a Parrot kit. This means the steering controls will not work and the mic and antenna which are preinstalled in the car will remain above your head as decoration.
They say they don’t sell enough Z’s to be of any use to me. **** off. They suggested I get in touch with Nissan GB who might be able to help.
So, as signwizard needs the same plus the Bluetooth adaptor (I have one) is there anyone on the forum that can give Nissan GB a polite call to find out a part number and price?
Cheers,
Guy
Ah one my favourite phrases. Used it a number of times already today.
I’d put money on this being Alonso’s doing or his manager. I’d say one of them had a word with the Spanish Motorsport Federation.

You may not like him (and I don't) but he can sure drive. Who else would Bugatti let loose with their pride and joy on a track???
Don't watch 5th but I would assume he gave it an amazing review, scripted, in advance to Bugatti.

Don’t be surprised if Bourdais sucks. Champ car only got paddle shift this year and still run slick tires. He could find his first season very difficult. Lesser F1 drivers have gone to Champ car and done very well. Were as not really to the other way round.
On the other hand he is a great driver (although French) and depending on how competitive the Toro Rosso car is could see him pestering the front runners.
Saw one behind me here in Dublin. Obviously an import. Was immediately overcome with a feeling of contempt for my blue 04. Sold it a few months later for a black 07.
Split the car in half. Everything front of the headrests is beautiful, amazing, work of art design. Everything (visible) behind the headrests – no, no, no, no, no. It’s just wrong. Reminds me of some really ugly corvettes.
Home PC? Don't own one and use gmail for personal mail so no worries with spam.
Business network? I use Trend InterScan. Same idea as what you've got there except db is stored locally on server and updates continually based on Trends servers. We're blocking 15 to 25 thousand spam mails a week between 300-400 users. We also use it to control profanities, virus's, attachments and none business related content. I’m a bastard.
How much is this Cloudmark a year?
