  1. B*Witched going to be showing Ricey how its done all over again soon
  2. I'll let someone else do the honours of posting the pics (Sarnie et al)
  3. with the zed seats I think you'll struggle to get more than one horse behind the steering wheel, as for the reo50's they won't make a difference as the horse can't turn the ignition key. I've seen at least one horse behind the wheel of a Zed!
  4. I'm not so sure, Tesco has a lot of horses. Or are they all in your boot - hence your Zed has them now?
  5. Mark, If a zed had 700bhp at the hubs, would we still add 35/40bhp or would it be more? (i.e. 10%). What would make it lose more than 35/40HP? If the drive train is the same then the losses would be the same as the it requires the same force to move it. All this talk of percentages is madness. However, you could lose more in real terms if you had a beefed up drive train that zapped more power
  6. I prefer my old Black Edition, but the steering wheel looks nice. Although without using driving gloves, you'll mess up the finish on it pretty quick and it might look a bit mank.
  7. Have to agree. And how exactly are kids going to be harmed from by watching a Tweenie in a shell suit? These things have to be taken in context.
  8. Fully agree with Rich. People being hypersensitive these days for no reason.
  9. Was a pic hosted on a reported site, not SMD this time. I've removed it so should be solved
  10. Dan I might ping you a PM in a bit. We have our VW T5 covered with you and had some funnies about previous claims which are for the missus but show up in some claims database against myself. Your helpful staff have cleared the confusion just curious as to why it has happened in the first place. It was on a multicar policy with Admiral and the missus as the policy holder and claimant so shouldnt be against me on the database
  11. Push notification is saying its enabled in the control panel. I'll take a look later
  12. And thats the balancing act that HMRC/government is doing atm. If you tell them all to pay the tax "as is right" then you run the risk they will pack up shop and go elsewhere. Its better to have some tax monies than none at the end of the day. But in reality for these MNC's they can easily pay the money, its just whether or not the profits they then get would be worth the hassle. I genuinely find it very interesting to hear other peoples opinions on the matter. I agree that the system should treat everyone equally/fairly but its very hard to define as everyone has a different opinion of equal and fair. I always like the analogies that Mr Chesterfield has for tax.
  13. Who in their right mind would pay more on a tax bill than they need to? Do those on PAYE want to pay more tax too, maybe we should up the tax bands? If I told you that rather than paying somewhere in the region of 50% of your gross pay to HMRC via PAYE, I could get that down to 30%, would you take it? Thats what a hell of a lot of people do by being contractors but I bet you'd take the deal if you could.
  14. I was wondering not long ago how long before that would happen with the likes of Netflix et al being so aggressive now The only problem I find with NetFlix et al is that most of them (not that I have much experience) use dynamic resolutions/bitrates when streaming. So it will be as good as your net connection, which is ok on say a 32" TV, but on a 80" projector screen, if I ask for HD, I damn well want full fat 1080p. Thus far we've always rented Blurays from Blockbuster as then you're guaranteed to have the full quality as the director intended it. Hopefully Netflix et al will offer full on 1080p but thats a lot of bandwidh if not compressed to buggery
  15. Couldnt agree more. To use one of Ricey's favourite terms - it makes my p*ss boil! Its not tax evasion thats going in, its tax avoidance or minimising tax by legal means. If HMV were savvy enough, like Amazon and countless others, they'd have set up a supply chain abroad and used it to ship in CD/DVDs cheaper. Its their own fault for not being clever enough to use the system to their advantage. Really its the law makers that should have sorted it out properly in the first place to stop it, but then you might also stop some very important imports to the country. I dont know the ins and outs of it all but you cant blame companies for minimising their tax.
  16. Why hasnt this been bought already Dan? MTFU
  17. Maybe people shouldnt stop in the box then?
  18. Get it bought. The UK will eventually default on all its borrowing and we'll all have diddly squat money anyway as the government will own it all. Might as well have something nice to look at when we're all having beans on toast for tea
  19. Win 7 was definately the good and Win 8 the bad on the flip/flop releases
