  1. Can you see it now? You should only be able to browse at this point We need to go through and add all the stuff people like to change with the cars
  2. Keep it in one place please! viewtopic.php?p=756364#p756364
  3. Just wanted people to see we are making progress
  4. If you set your theme to 370z you might find some new buttons
  5. Cracking race
  6. Yup, etched on the tail pipes and stamped (embossed) in the main silencer EDIT: Here you go - on my old car - you can just about see it in the middle of the silencer box
  7. Nice spread of cars you have there Immy - quite happily take one of each
  8. You never hear it properly in neutral either, sounds so much different under load. Get it on a dyno - then you hear it
  9. Was going to say the same Immy
  10. +1, got another pack on the way as we speak
  11. Needs a big manufacturer to take it on for it to become cheaper. Requires economies of scale as Immy says just like LCDs, digi cams, and any other technology for that matter. Sure Nissan will be doing some good stuff in this field in a few years. I must admit I would miss the sound. I see a time in the future when tracks will be filled with leccy cars, that will be a weird site to see them all zipping around making no noise!
  12. Take an ice hockey puck (off ebay) and cut a groove in it Dont put a flat jack platform against the seams, it has to be supported either side like the standard jack shape
  13. Mark, 40th Anniversary's are the same as mine, they are all MY2010, not MY2011 that you need
  14. Isnt it officially limited to 155MPH as are most EU cars? That would give a reading of about 165MPH on the speedo
  15. Damn those pesky Nissan programmers
  16. My car is a MY2010 Mark. Are you needing a brand spanking new MY2011 as you managed to do mine?
  17. Great pics
  18. Remember these were £25k-£30k car when they were new - £6k for a good example really isnt a lot for what you are getting - even if it is stretching your budget. You should also really look into the running costs as this is a reasonably expensive car to run
  19. Awesome - I must send this thread to the missus - and so should Martinmac - he wants one of these too!
  20. Amanda told me to post you this!
  21. In that case you should be fine James. BB30 is nothing to worry about, its only if it was a brand spanking new frame it might have had it
  22. Guess its of the age just before they started bringing in tapered head tubes and BB30 and other assorted crazy standards Why the change though James?
  23. Even Nissan cant get the paint match right. The problem is not the material, but its getting the metal flecks in the paint to all "face" the same way. I had this shown to me first hand by my local sprayer (who incidentally doesnt now do it unfortunately). For my old GM there were two paint codes and on a swatch one of them matched perfectly. They did a patch repair of my bumber and got the match spot on, but he said it had to be blended into the other panels as due to the way the flecks would lie would mean the paint reflects differently at different angles. This is why stone chips virtually never appear the same colour as the car. And also why filler caps dont match panels as the flecks are all alligned differently and not blended into the panels around them. I'm not supprised that RT didnt get the colour match if they didnt have the car to blend it to or even match the paint to
  24. I know what you mean, rinsing it with a hose is a nightmare usually but I have a gun attachment that you can adjust power with. Means it just trickles out so the interior doesnt get splashed
