  1. While I fully agree its more economical not to use cruise control, on long journeys its excellent to be able to set it and just sit there at a given speed. But I do agree with others it highlights how shockingly bad others are at speeding up and slowing down constantly!
  2. Says who? My ban hammer says we get Chris and Bob If we'd had more time we could have had a war at Wales
  3. The 350z-uk mod/admin team have reserved a slot for Chris already
  4. Such sad news, always happens to the nicest people. Condolences to Amy, his family and friends
  5. I'll take a look at implementing this tomorrow morning for all you IE10 peeps
  6. Does the adaptor support J-OBD?
  7. I know the feeling, I've killed my lower back a few times polishing the car - it always feels fine until I try to stand up straight. Great results though, well worth the time and effort (and pain). Agreed. Once you've done it yourself you have a new found appreciation for the pain detailers go through daily! I can see why so many have to retire because of back problems.
  8. Yes last night was a DNS issue with one of the hosts switches which meant traffic couldn't be routed to the server.
  9. I'd go so far as to say doing it by hand you are wasting your time. You won't get any correction by hand just a good cleanse. Results with a DA speak for themselves once its done, well worth the effort. Good going OP. Just think when it's all done it will look even better
  10. Yes we are looking into it to find the root cause. Thanks for the heads up, we'll keep you all posted when we find the problem.
  11. And remember Quartz is the proper 40th Anniversary colour
  12. Black Edition comes with Connect Premium (Satnav/DVD/etc) but it does not include a parking camera. One can be added easily for a couple of hundred pounds with a loom from the US and a camera from eBay. Have a look here - http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/30418-370z-black-edition/
  13. Well that done not mean you have to make me one You just prompted me that we hadnt added you since your promotion
  14. Good work Jim, as I have no idea, being an FB admin, it doesnt let me escape it
  15. Will/Colin - if you can get confirmation of a press release then I will stick it on the Facebook page too. Theres a lot of owners that frequent there more often, so good to get maximum exposure.
  16. Glad to see this is sorted - and for future members too now - good work Will
  17. Worth a punt tbh! If not all the documentation will be going to the previous owner and it'd be down to them to forward it all onto you. So long as you can prove you are now the legal owner you should be able to take registered keepers status. I would push the garage to supply you with a hire car as a replacement while they get it sorted. They never should have let it leave the forecourt like it has IMO. Technically your car is not able to be on the road so you cant drive, thats down to them selling the car to you like that in the first place.
  18. I still dont get how you are going to tax it if you're not the registered keeper. You need either the valid V5 or the tax renewal reminder, both of which will always be posted to the original keeper I dont get what the garage are doing selling a car and not having you fill out the V5 counterparts! Technically you are not the registered keeper of the car by the looks of it and wont be until they get the plate retention sorted and a new V5 issued then you can sign it and take registered keeper of it.
  19. Ooooh you spoil the fun. Shame no one worked out who it was Wonder if someone will be taking another break from the forum
  20. Did you get the Stig to do the driving for you? Looks good buddy, nearly had a wheel in the air in the second one
  21. You scared a camper van will keep up with you at Wales Peter? I've done the roads a few times so know them quite well
  22. Maybe I should do this to my T5 Transporter - would whoop a 350z
