  1. They dont say it slows the phone down. You need to read this - http://www.apple.com/hotnews/thoughts-on-flash/ TBH I wouldnt be bothered if everyone dropped Flash like a turd - its crap and it itself slow
  2. I believe the pre-CP system had a 6CD changer. As soon as CP came in it was single CD and HDD jukebox.

    350 to 370

100% the right decision. End of +1 - with a decent exhaust on it though so its sounds like a sports car Dont forget UpRev to maximise your gains
  4. Yes he is, just enter "EH 370z" (with no quotes) into the To box on a PM and it should find him. Toby is his name - he obviously isnt paying attention today - he's normally very quick on these threads He did respond on the previous page. Lol, how rude, he must be off selling cars to non-Zedders right now. Ooops, missed that, yes Toby said hello on page 1

    VQ35HR Engine

From what I hear from others, it tends to be when the engine has had some kind of oil starvation that it starts to go. Theres a few cars around on 100k+ with no problems at all. When I let my 350z (DE) go, it had 90k+ miles on and only used about 1l of oil between services, if that. I think we are now just seeing more engines that have had some kind of oil starvation problem that are now hitting the milage where it becomes really apparent that something is damaged? Its by no means a lot of Zeds that are doing this, still only a handful, and of those I guess I high percentage are Revup versions. Think this is the first I've seen of an HR having oil problems (could be wrong)

    The Perfect 370z

Some say .. Zele used his car as inspiration
  7. Agreed. At the end of the day they are out to maximise profits. All the consumer can hope is that natural competition in the market will keep prices low. However all the sods are up to it so they are all the same. Doesnt take 10 mins to get a new quote and they always match it. Look at it this way - at least you are smart enough to get a new quote - think of all the people that dont

100% the right decision. End of
  9. But Porsche is 911 - if they did anything else then people wouldnt buy it. When people stop buying it they will stop making it - simples.
  10. I'd say 17" frame would suit, unless you have very long legs in which case a 19" with maybe a shorter stem might work. Get along to your local Evans and try a few out and see, then run before they try to convince you to buy it! If you keep an eye out you'll get a few 2009/2010 bikes at good prices on ebay. Anything older than a few years and its better to drop to a newer but lesser model as all the kit trickles down each year (so XT this year is last years XTR, SLX is last years XT) so by the time its 4-5yrs old you might as well have nearly new Deore than old XT.
  11. If he's like any other car salesman he'll be on the golf-course today . Can you fit a set of clubs in the back of a z? Well my 350z had a sticker saying you could fit 2 sets and the 370z has the strut bar missing so you should definately be able to fit 2 sets

  13. Thanks bud. Its on Tuesday when I shall be recovering from the beasting Mr AK is likely to give my legs over 3 MTB rides in the Lakes this weekend I am also getting some noise blocking headphones from the to be Mrs I which is kind of ironic in itself I assume its all running well then? Like I say I saw them a few years back but they were uber expensive and didnt do an aweful lot. A friend used one at his dive school so they didnt have to take the cameras out of the cases to download the photos after each session. I am going to do similar on holidays with the added bonus on the iPad you can view them, have them as a backup and also have it forward them onto an FTP server as a second backup. Found a app called ShutterSnitch for those of you that run these cards (if you havent heard of it). Looks like a great app for uploading the pics to the iPad and allows funky real time display as they come through. You can even slave multiple iPads so they all start to display at the same time (like in a photographic studio etc).
  14. Farkin ell! Anyone now looking to get into these cars is getting a very good deal indeed! I think I will never sell my car as I will just cry at how little its worth. Far better getting it mounted somehow in the house as a piece of art
  15. it depend if the other sites were coming from 1and1 This was after the official 1&1 problems - but I'm still pointing the finger on that one as being a host problem as we havent touched anything here.
  16. Just ordered myself a Eye-Fi Pro 8G for holiday snap duties as you can now send them to your iPad/iPhone/Android phone. I saw them on the Gadget Show the other day (yes I watch it for Pollyanna - thats a good excuse! ) Saw them a while ago and they werent up to much and still very expensive - but recently it seems they have really worked on them as you can now use these little WiFi enabled SD cards in direct or Ad-Hoc WiFi mode straight to Apple and Android devices. So whereas I used to take a laptop/netbook on hols to backup photos, I can now use my 32GB iPad fo the same duties. iPad app can also be configured to FTP the images back home too when you connect the iPad to the internet (which most hotels have for free these days). Very neat way to review and backup your photos if you have an iPad. Also good for those running Go-Pro's in the car or helmet as you dont need to take it out the case, just let it sync up the video and you can watch it back then and there. Shame the 8GB card costs £75 Still its a birthday pressie to myself
  17. because it's supposed to be anonymous. There is no conspiracy theory to be had here, if you don't feel comfortable with it you don't have to enter. Hope you arent signing everyone up to naughty websites We'd been thinking about this before and did think about a club photobucket account. We could have a public login which would allow uploads and stick them in a monthly folder. People can then see the progress and posting the pics on the forum would be dead easy
  18. As with everything Nissan, I doubt the dealer knew it could be spec'd without I would assume its not laquered in, you could just remove it with hairdryer, patience and some bug/tar remover
  19. And the stripe as well I guess? Think thats optional. Personally its too "911" try hard for me, I wouldnt have it.
  20. As above, same as a black 40th but without red callipers or interior
  21. Chris`I

    Opinions please

Do it properly or you'll regret it
  22. Yes and if that really bothers you be careful as the non-CP (MY2009) as they dont do postcodes. Easy to test though - if it has touch screen - it has postcodes
  23. Cant really go wrong with them. I've had a hardrock, two rockhoppers and now a stumpjumper FSR. Not a fan boy at all They arent always the best for the cash, especially in the last year the specs have gone down and prices up. I'd try some out at local shops then hit eBay and get a nearly new 2010 model for a lot less cash than a new 2011 and possibly better spec. Same with the boardmans. Cant go wrong with any of them tbh
