  1. think its more likely operator error than photobucket. Works fine for me. Once you uploaded the pictures to the photobucket website, just use the IMG code it supplies under each picture for posting here. Nothing else to do Mike's quite right - if IT ain't your one of your best skills (in my case by a long way) it did take a bit of time, and help, sorting out how Photobucket worked but now I can muddle through OK - here's one to wet your appetite for the NW run
  2. I can see them Jay - fire and wall come to mind? Interesting and excellent shots Louis - its like going back 80+ years when all photos were Sepia - and, no I ain't that old
  3. I am no expert, but what you are describing is all too familiar. Noting what you say about others in the company have been successful at their tribunals is it worth contacting them for contacts/tips etc? I am a firm believer in not 're-inventing the wheel' it is not necessary. Whatever legal help they got could be invaluable for you, being placed in a similar position. I presume, as you have not mentioned it, there is no 'union' or other body you suscribe to that you could use to help? Anyway good luck and I wish you well in what is an awful situation when you have given loyal service for so long.
  4. you sure http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12242
  5. As long as it dosen't do this (Pic courtesy of Mike in another posting )
  6. Perhaps Sarnie has kept a set of the keys
  7. Mike: after all the hype about Nissan taking humbridge over imports it seems strange one of the nominated garages has one to show off - a year or so in advance of the official sales here?
  8. That's what I thought and looks like he's doing the salesman's job
  9. Of course - you are training him so well in the art of hacking and of course and you left off 'al' on the other bit
  10. So what version of the '3' is this one Mike?
  11. Usual pre first event tonight at 6pm with Martin Brundle on - ITV4
  12. Ebized

    350Z rival

no +1 - (no pedigree to speak of)
  13. A true ZED convert - didn't care where you are - just enjoying the thrill and then a wave into the bargain on your first drive
  14. hope you get the sponsorship you are looking for Pleased for you about the sale - be good if both you and your (ex) car with the new owner all stick around on here
  15. But the G did sound awesome going up that dual carriageway
  16. Nice pitch Digsy Welcome Chris.d - plenty of these then:
  17. I share the coments above - prices are currently depressed but then if they were better the Lotus garage would probably be asking more for the Exige so you end up having to pay the same diffeence - swings and roundabouts. If that's the car you want go for it - you can see that selling privately might give you more pain and you could end up losing out all round. You might be able to get the garage to offer a free service or extended warranty etc down the line from the sale, which dosen't affect their sales cash flow now that is more critical for them at this time of year.
  18. Who you kidding Tm - "original" - your's has got to be one of the most modded ZEDS around (all nicely done of course ) I use the ZED when I can - as AndySpak says, sometimes it might depend who I am meeting (but the car does add to the cred in some cases and becomes a talking point adding time to a job - at the client's cost of course But then there are some places around South London where you don't risk taking the car (sad to say that ). But after using the other 'alfs Jazz its so good to get back into a real driver's car and sod what the weather's doing, if it means a little more care, but still having fun, then that's what it's all about for me - you only live once so I make the most of it At my age I have to
  19. From what you have described the garage has cocked up and probably now see you as gravy chain and no disrespect mate your age ain't helping. (Takes me back when I was in my teens and I got had over by a Vauxhall garage that ripped me off for unnecesary work due to my inexperience) Get an independent report - AA/RAC or similar, before going any further and insist they give you back all the parts they removed from your car so that the engineer can tell in the report whether they are fit for purpose or not. But I have to say that I admire the fact you have ZED at 19 - makes Shire350 on here who claims to be the youngest positively old!
  20. Get the best motoring lawyer you can afford mate - with 9 points you are in dangerous waters and you don't want to do anything that might pile on the agony without knowing just what they have on you.
  21. Do what most men do, drive one hand on the wheel, one hand on..............
  22. Ah I think I know why - the Brodit kit has the same principle - its so you can choose exactly where you want the holder to sit on the base plate - with mine I set it as high as I could before it (with the phone in) clashed with the cubby hole lid when that is opened. Once you have marked the position then drill your pilot holes for the 4 screws. I still have the fixing instructions - if you want a copy PM me
  23. Come on lads - Cause us girlies can own a Z, and drive em proper too I'll give any of u a run for your money in Wales !!!! True the Z aint a girly car if it was i wouldnt have bought one and if i'd wanted a girly car i'd have bought a TT Convertable Yep - can vouch for your driving skills having followed you much of the way on the last NW run - in fact I wouldn't be able to keep up you wearing the high heels that you do Our only problem if you remember was having to hold back to wait for slow coach Beavis Piccy of Little Miss gunning it in Wales, yep anyone who has any doubts about what a great day is had on one of these runs this is the type of thing you will be in for
  24. Not sure what you mean by a splitter - when a call comes through the UK car's phone system automatically cuts the audio and if I have the sat nav displaying on the Xda that then it is overidden by the caller dsplay until the call ends and it all reverts back. I do have double aux charging socket which serves the phone cradle and the snooper (lead from the rear socket) , keping the front in-car socket free for other things - lap-top etc.
  25. That's a long way to go just for free tea and biccies - you sure you not going to finalize terms for a Dartford franchise of East Shore Racing
