  1. If you check out the link that put in my first post ( http://www.parkingdynamics.co.uk/ ) there is all the info you need about installation. The main bugbear does seem to be the need to remove the bumper, but otherwise it is all straightforward As the firm is in Fareham in Hants, its not too far from you and I intend to make a visit about fitment to my 370
  2. Yep, air-con needs to be on all the time, especially with no windows open. The condensation is also believed to be responsible for the Bose skipping issue - I certainly found that in both my previous ZEDs as the Bose was fine in summer so the drier you can keep the inside the better
  3. With over 3000 posts this has got to be the latest introduction thread ever More seriously, welcome back Mike and June and I hope that for both you and Becs 2010 will be a lot better year for each of you. Look forward to meeting up again soon
  4. Thanks for that - I presume the antenna wire is mounted between the bumper and the polystyrene from what you have said, so it is definitely a bumper off install job?
  5. And its getting colder - lucky you
  6. you must drive like a total nanny! I don't think you have met Mike, who can be likened to Grant and Phil Mitchell all rolled into one, so good luck when you do meet up
  7. Try Scotland in September, you just might bump into a ZED convoy And maybe a ride in a white 370? My pleasure
  8. That 10th pin was a bit elusive - hope he had crampons on
  9. Oi! you got your own pond and yeah, we know its bigger
  10. Locked at OP's request

  12. Its a myth I tell you, white is the easiest colour I've ever had to keep clean, especially compared to black!! You have just made my day then
  13. In absolutely standard trim and it was first registered in December 2006. Some dealers who I contacted were struggling to offer £12k on a similar s/h buy to the 370 that I have bought Probably more to do with how keen they were to shift that particular 370. Would agree - I saw upon collecting the 370 they had a 4wheel drive thing in the showroom where the my car had been (targeting the particular weather period?), but from what the salesman said and noting 3Fiddy couldn't do a deal on the car earlier on I suspect I hit the sweet spot in the month in terms of accounting and offering what was a bog standard 350 in p/e. edit: just remembered - the 350 was not bog standard when I handed it over as it had a 350Z-uk sticker on the n/s rear window
  14. Fraid my 89 year old dad in Oz is from the pre-computer era and with my limited IT knowledge we would get in a right old mess
  15. I would be interested in this too being with Pipex for far too long and putting up with indifferent customer support. I also use 18866 to make cheaper landline calls - particularly when calling abroad. ie. 5p connection charge and then free chat time in UK, and 2p per minute chat time when phoning Oz.
  16. was it standard? still dont know how that affects my zed though, with all the mods. sometimes i wish i hadn't done it up. Just posted that info in front of yours

  18. Welcome to the forum So whereabouts west are you - just a short step over that there little pond or a rather long jump over it
  19. er, that yellow is white
  20. and good to see that Ross's car has clearly gone to a very good home - love to see a pic alongside your GT40 showing the height difference - bet the ZED would look enormous.
  21. On-going trait of the paintwork on Zeds it seems (and many other marques for that matter) - check out the second pic of Anubis car (formerly Nismo Daves), that I was just looking at viewtopic.php?f=11&t=24968&start=0 The the rear panel, bumper and fuel filler all appear as 3 different shades and cameras and the lighting conditions do seem to highlight the issue. At least the 370 scratch shield paint is supposed to be self-healing
  22. Hark at you now Honest John is my friend Hence why the 19" Nismos off the 350 are not up for sale, yet.
  23. They are off a base spec 370 - the GTs/Ultimates are on 19" 245/40 and 275/35.
  24. Fair comment, but I'm having that seen to
