Nice choice of exhaust on that 370
  2. If you click on the banner on the portal page that will take you the relevant links for the Wales weekend. Moreton Park Lodge is just off the A5 at Chirk - see: http://www.bing.com/maps/?v=2&cp=52.922 ... %20Wrexham
  3. It will depend on the depth of the recess between each of the stud holes in the wheel. So check that first - others on here can tell you if you say what wheels you have. I recently had that issue with the 370 wheels. Whereas the recess in the GT rear wheels was probably in excess of 20mm deep and therefore readily accept the standard studs poking the 5mm through the 20mm spacer, the front wheels had less than a 5mm recess so the answer was to add a 3m slip spacer to ensure the wheel fitted tight on the spacer. Ended up with 23mm 'spacers' but 3mm is neither here nor there in terms of the overall effect. 3mm slip spacer used The 20mm black spacers were supplied (and helpfully fitted) by Andy of Kudos Automotive

Try Halfords- sure I saw they had 10mm slip spacers when I recently bought 3mm ones in the pic below:

  6. but you are back anytime, 'Ming the 350 no longer'
  7. I was thinking that too but because it was Dawn's original message I didn't think she'd give us into trouble for going off topic ! I'll find the Modified Live thread and stick a post in their about convoy / times etc Seems a good idea - don't want any potential Scottish members getting lost trying to find Wales
  8. Come on guys, need to know who's doing what This is the going to be the biggest 350z-uk weekend ever, so lots of things to get sorted out

  12. The drive will be about 200 miles and takes in some of the more scenic parts of Mid Wales and some popular driving roads. The Sunday drive will not be so demanding with less mileage to allow for the numbers expected and to enjoy more social time. We will need people doing the Saturday drive to be ready for a briefing in the Moreton car park at 09.45. The lunch stop will be at the Brynafon in Rhayader ( http://brynafon.co.uk/location.html ) at about 13.00 for a finger buffet - (If you are having the buffet the £7.50 per person payment will be collected before we start of the drive, so as to let the Brynafon know numbers that will be arriving): Brynafon menu for Nissan 350z-uk visit on 22 May.pdf For those traveling on the Saturday you may like to join in the drive at the lunch stop (but if so, please order your food separately at the Brynafon). The aim is to be back at Moreton around 16.30. Car washing facilities will be available at Moreton and a local detailing firm is coming along with advice and goodies for sale. We have been given the function room at Moreton for our evening meal starting at 20.00. The deal is £11.50 for two courses and £14.95 for three courses (Orders/payment/signed-for on the night): GROUP EVENING MEAL.pdf The official lists can be viewed at: viewtopic.php?f=19&t=33796 I have started the additional info now required, so will everyone who is doing the Saturday drive and/or wanting the evening meal please pm me with the answers to the questions below: (Please copy and paste the following into your message so that you just have to add your answers) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I will not be doing the Saturday drive................... I confirm I am doing all the Saturday drive.................. I want to join the Saturday drive at lunchtime................. I want the lunchtime finger buffet for........... person(s) (NOTE: ONLY FOR THOSE DOING THE WHOLE DRIVE) I want an evening meal for............person(s) My queries (if any):
  13. Clarification: H5 means the MY06 model which appeared late summer 2006 and that is identfied by a 6" long 'step' below the grill in the middle . If your car is on a 06 plate (which is a MY03 model) then the chances are the grill you have been offered will fit
  14. Nissan should be able to trace when/if it was serviced at 12 months even though the service book is un-stamped. It can then be corrected if it is simply a case of a stamp missing. I agree with rtbiscuit that at that low mileage it shouldn't be a big issue, but if it were me I would want a signed letter from Nissan (not the dealer) that the warranty is unaffected. Given it was one of 'their' cars that should not be too difficult but without that assurance if something did go wrong I would not put it past Nissan to excuse themselves from a warranty claim. Is your deposit refundable? If not make it clear that you would not have paid it if you had any idea the servicng was not carried out as per the schedule and in which case your deposit should be refunded, if you do not get satisfactory answer(s) to the way forward I have suggested above
  15. Have a little drive drive north over the weekend of 22/23 May and chances are you will get spotted by about 60 ZEDs
  16. I would agree - disabling the airbag might also disable the insurance
  17. Take a look at this thread and what ug45cwb was able to do with much worse damage viewtopic.php?f=54&t=34733
  18. When you go to this thread: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=23593&hilit=child+seats&start=0 Bullet Magnet has posted up extracts from the manual. The 'don'ts' are related to rear facing child seats and children under 12 using the passenger seat, but you will see that if you use an approved front facing child seat that is OK.
